【摘要】：随着全球化和信息社会的到来,高等教育国际化日益成为世界各国共同关注和研究的重要课题。高等教育国际化是在尊重本国的特点的基础上,针对全球化的影响而采取的一种应对措施,要求面向世界、面向未来,要以具体多样的高等教育国际交流与合作为载体,吸收和借鉴世界各国的高等教育办学理念和办学模式以及他们的文化传统、价值观念和行为方式,以实现提高人才培养质量,推动本国高等教育现代化进程,促进本国和世界经济发展,实现人类相互理解与尊重的目的。美国是当今世界高等教育最发达的国家之一,经历了三百多年的历史,美国高等教育国际化取得了明显的成绩和有益的经验,在留学生数量上美国是第一大留学生接收国,很多高校凭借独具特色的优势和开放的招生政策吸引了大量的优秀海外学生,同时也给美国带来巨大的经济效益。各高校鼓励学者和教师双向流动,不断加强高校课程国际化建设,充分利用网络资源,积极参与教育国际合作与交流,扩大国际合作办学规模、在海外不断建立分校,拓展虚拟教育机构等。美国创造条件吸引大量海外留学生,为美国提供了大量的经济利益与人力资源。本文首先从历史的角度,以时间为线索,追溯美国高等教育国际化的历程、背景,分析其国际化的社会背景；其次,论文主要阐述了美国高等教育国际化的实践,主要包括学生的国际流动、教师和学者的国际流动、课程国际化、开展跨国办学活动以及国际学术交流与合作等。第三,选取耶鲁大学为例分析其国际化变革措施与耶鲁大学建设全球性大学的战略框架。最后,在上述基础上总结对我国高等教育国际化的借鉴意义,提出我国高等教育国际化的应对措施,从而推动我国高等教育国际化发展,提高我国国际竞争能力与综合实力。
[Abstract]:With the advent of globalization and information society, the internationalization of higher education has become an important topic of common concern and research in the world. The internationalization of higher education is a response to the impact of globalization on the basis of respecting the characteristics of our country. It requires that the internationalization of higher education should be oriented to the world and the future, and should be based on specific and diverse international exchanges and cooperation in higher education. To absorb and draw lessons from the ideas and modes of higher education in the world, as well as their cultural traditions, values and behavior, in order to improve the quality of personnel training and promote the modernization of higher education in their own countries. To promote national and world economic development and achieve mutual understanding and respect for human beings. The United States is one of the most developed countries in the world of higher education. After more than three hundred years of history, the internationalization of American higher education has made obvious achievements and beneficial experiences. In terms of the number of foreign students, the United States is the largest recipient of foreign students. Many colleges and universities attract a large number of outstanding overseas students by virtue of their unique advantages and open enrollment policies, and at the same time bring enormous economic benefits to the United States. Colleges and universities encourage scholars and teachers to flow in both directions, constantly strengthen the internationalization of university courses, make full use of network resources, actively participate in international cooperation and exchanges in education, expand the scale of international cooperation in running schools, and continuously establish campuses overseas. To expand the virtual education institutions and so on. The United States creates conditions to attract a large number of overseas students and provides a great deal of economic benefits and human resources to the United States. This paper firstly traces the course and background of the internationalization of American higher education from the perspective of history and time, and analyzes the social background of internationalization. Secondly, the paper mainly expounds the practice of internationalization of higher education in the United States. It mainly includes the international flow of students, the international flow of teachers and scholars, the internationalization of curriculum, the development of transnational educational activities and international academic exchanges and cooperation. Thirdly, take Yale University as an example to analyze its internationalization reform measures and the strategic framework of Yale University to build a global university. Finally, on the basis of the above, the author summarizes the significance of reference to the internationalization of higher education in our country, and puts forward the countermeasures of internationalization of higher education in our country, so as to promote the development of internationalization of higher education in our country and improve our country's international competitive ability and comprehensive strength.
