中俄哈三国宪法发展演进之比较

【摘要】：研究宪法的发展变化,能够充分理解国家社会和历史发展的基本路径。中哈俄三国拥有共同的"红旗"背景,但历史演进分殊,走向各具特色的社会发展道路,形成各具特色的宪法制度。文章分析社会变迁情境下中俄哈三国宪法变化的发展逻辑,探寻三个国家宪法可能的发展进路和发展方向,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
[Abstract]:Studying the development and change of the constitution can fully understand the basic path of national social and historical development. China, Kazakhstan and Russia share the same "red flag" background, but the historical evolution is different, and they have their own characteristics of social development. This paper analyzes the development logic of the constitutional changes of China, Russia and Kazakhstan in the context of social changes, and explores the possible development path and direction of the three constitutions. It has important theoretical and practical significance.
