蒙汉双语法学专业授课模式探析

【摘要】：内蒙古地区的民族自治特点决定了其对蒙汉兼通的双语法律人才的大量需求。这些人才既担负着依法行政的使命,更多的又担负着普法宣传的职责。培养高素质的蒙汉兼通法律双语人才,让他们服务于社会,是民族高等教育的根本任务之一。由于蒙汉双语法学专业的生源是母语为蒙古族语言的学生,这就决定了该专业的授课模式要将语言和专业知识进行有效整合,这样才能很好地实现教学目的。由此,对蒙汉双语法学专业授课模式的现状进行了分析,并提出了五点改进措施。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of national autonomy in Inner Mongolia determine the great demand for bilingual legal talents.These talents not only undertake the mission of administration by law, but also bear the duty of popularizing the law.Cultivating high-quality bilingual talents of Mongolian and Chinese law and making them serve the society is the fundamental Ren Wuzhi of national higher education.Since the students majoring in Mongolian and Chinese bilingual law are students whose mother tongue is Mongolian language, it is decided that the teaching mode of this major should integrate language with professional knowledge effectively, so as to achieve the purpose of teaching well.Therefore, this paper analyzes the present situation of the teaching mode of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual law major, and puts forward five measures to improve it.
