越南社会主义定向市场经济条件下的法制建设

【摘要】：摘要内容：目前关于越南的研究多是从微观视角具体研究越南的经济、政治和社会各方面的发展，较为缺乏从宏观的视角，系统的研究越南的运行、发展。革新开放后，越南加快了法制建设的速度，极大的完备越南法制，促进了越南社会主义国家建设，但是越南法制还不尽完善，在一些方面还存在一些问题。2001年越南确定了社会主义定向市场经济的国策，市场经济是法制经济，越南的市场经济法制与社会主义定向之间存在一定的张力。从马克思主义本土化的角度分析越南法制体系，，将加深对越南的了解。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: at present, most of the studies on Vietnam are focused on the development of Vietnam's economy, politics and society from a micro perspective, and lack of systematic research on the operation and development of Vietnam from a macro perspective. After the reform and opening up, Vietnam quickened the pace of legal construction, greatly improved the Vietnamese legal system and promoted the construction of Vietnam's socialist country. However, Vietnam's legal system is not yet perfect. In 2001, Vietnam established the state policy of socialist oriented market economy, the market economy is the legal economy, and there is a certain tension between the legal system of the market economy and the orientation of socialism in Vietnam. Analyzing Vietnam's legal system from the angle of Marxism localization will deepen the understanding of Vietnam.
