[Abstract]:The 18th National Congress of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China listed "the basic strategy of governing the country according to law" as the goal requirement of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and once again affirmed the strategic decision of the Communist Party of China to enforce the rule of law. In the past 16 years, great progress has been made in the construction of socialist rule of law in China, especially in the formation of socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics as scheduled, which marks the rule of law and the construction of a socialist country ruled by law.
