呼和浩特市高职院校学生法律意识调查报告

【摘要】：近年来,随着各地高校的不断扩招,全国高等教育总体规模在逐年攀升,入学率也相应上升,大学生群体已经成为一个正在迅速壮大的群体。因此,在建设社会主义法治国家的进程中,如何卓有成效地培养大学生的法律意识就成为一个具有战略性意义的重大课题。本文结合自身工作,调查了解呼和浩特市四所高职院校学生的法律意识现状,并以内蒙古建筑职业技术学院的在校学生为例做了有针对性的问卷调查,经过收集、整理和统计,分析目前呼和浩特市高职院校学生在法律意识方面存在着的诸多问题,并通过研究当前高职院校学生的法律意识现状,探讨出培养高职院校学生法律意识的现实路径,找出提高高职院校学生法律意识的具体而有效的措施,促使他们认同中国现阶段的法律制度和规范,从而提高现代高职院校学生包括人文修养在内的综合素质,从而维护社会稳定,全面推进我国法治化建设地进程。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous enrollment expansion of colleges and universities throughout the country, the overall scale of higher education in the country is rising year by year, the enrollment rate has also risen correspondingly. The college students have become a fast growing group. Therefore, in the process of building a socialist country under the rule of law, how to effectively cultivate the legal consciousness of college students has become a tool. It has a strategic significance. This paper investigates the status of the legal consciousness of four higher vocational college students in Hohhot, and takes the students of Inner Mongolia Technical College of Construction as an example to make a targeted questionnaire survey. After collecting, sorting and statistics, this paper analyzes the current higher vocational colleges in Hohhot. There are many problems existing in the legal consciousness, and through the study of the current status of the legal consciousness of the students in higher vocational colleges, this paper probes into the realistic path of cultivating the legal consciousness of the students in higher vocational colleges, and finds out the concrete and effective measures to improve the legal consciousness of the students in Higher Vocational Colleges and promote them to identify with the legal system and norms at the present stage of China. So as to improve the comprehensive quality of modern vocational college students, including humanities, so as to maintain social stability and comprehensively promote the process of rule by law in China.
