【摘要】：列支敦士登公国公共文化发展策略主要体现在宪法、行政法规条例、行业发展规划等方面。在充足文化经费保障下,主要公共文化策略有国际文化合作、文化创新和鼓励、跨境文化间对话和合作等。其文化价值取向体现在保障公民文化自由、平等享有文化带来的福利。
[Abstract]:The public cultural development strategy of the Principality of Liechtenstein is mainly embodied in the aspects of constitution , administrative regulation , industry development planning , etc . Under the protection of adequate cultural funds , the main public cultural strategies include international cultural cooperation , cultural innovation and encouragement , cross - border intercultural dialogue and cooperation . Its cultural value orientation is embodied in the guarantee of the freedom of citizens and culture and equal enjoyment of the benefits of culture .
