观摩法庭在法学教学中的应用研究

【摘要】：观摩法庭是对真实庭审的观摩,是更加规范的庭审活动,更加真实性以及直观性,是成本最低且教育效果更佳的法律实践教学活动。观摩法庭一方面对学生具有教育意义,另一方面能够促进司法公正。观摩法庭可以采取在学校举行的方式,观摩法庭的开展包括了庭前的准备、庭审以及庭后总结三个阶段。
[Abstract]:Observing the court is the observation of the real trial, is a more standardized trial activities, more authentic and intuitive, is the lowest cost and better educational effect of the legal practice teaching activities. On the one hand, the observation of the court has educational significance for students, on the other hand, it can promote judicial justice. The observation court can be held in the school. The development of the court consists of three stages: the preparation before the court, the trial and the summary after the court.
