论美国对华系列反补贴案对我国的影响及应对措施

【摘要】：美国在既未承认我国完全市场经济地位又未承认涉案产品市场经济导向的情况下,密集发动的一系列对华反倾销和反补贴合并调查案对我国产生重要影响。在深入分析系列反补贴案中涉及的核心法律问题的同时,我国需要从微观与宏观两个层面积极应对系列反补贴调查。
[Abstract]:The United States has not recognized our country's full market economy status and has not recognized the market economic orientation of the products involved in the case. A series of intensive investigations into China's anti dumping and anti subsidy merger cases have an important impact on our country. In the depth analysis of the core legal issues involved in the series of anti subsidy cases, China needs to be from the micro and the micro level. The macro level of the two levels should be dealt with in a series of countervailing investigations.
