【摘要】：正龙泉地处青山绿水之间,有处州十县好龙泉之誉。在1912——1927年间,中国各级地方审判机构的设置关系复杂、变化多端。厘清这一时期浙江省龙泉县审判机构的变化,是准确解读龙泉司法档案的基本前提。本文结合龙泉司法档案与民国时期的浙江公报、司法例规等文献,对这一时期龙泉县审判机构的变迁作一简单的梳理。一、1912年的执法科1911年10月,辛亥革命爆发,封建帝制在中国走向终结。同年11月,浙江省宣布独立,成立军政府,推
[Abstract]:Longquan is located between green mountains and rivers, there are 10 counties in the state of good Longquan reputation. Between 1912 and 1927, the establishment of local judicial institutions at all levels in China was complicated and varied. To clarify the changes of judicial institutions in Longquan County of Zhejiang Province during this period is the basic premise to accurately interpret the judicial archives of Longquan County. This paper combines the judicial archives of Longquan with Zhejiang Gazette of the Republic of China, judicial rules and other documents, and makes a simple combing of the changes of the judicial institutions in Longquan County during this period. In October 1911, the Revolution broke out and the feudal monarchy came to an end in China.
