美国公共图书馆法研究

【摘要】：图书馆是收集、保存和传递人类知识与文化的重要场所,尤其是公共图书馆系统的设立和运行,为促进国民知识共享、提高国民素质和实现终生教育提供基本保障。但是公共图书馆的设立与运行离不开法律的规制。美国图书馆的法律体系和政策框架对于图书馆建设和运行具有重大影响。认识法律在图书馆事业的作用,可以帮助公共图书馆更好地完善其政策、应对潜在的法律问题并减少其法律责任风险。
[Abstract]:Library is an important place to collect, preserve and transmit human knowledge and culture, especially the establishment and operation of public library system, which provides the basic guarantee for promoting national knowledge sharing, improving national quality and realizing lifelong education. However, the establishment and operation of public libraries can not be separated from the regulation of law. The legal system and policy framework of American libraries have great influence on the construction and operation of libraries. Understanding the role of law in library can help public libraries to perfect their policies, deal with potential legal problems and reduce the risk of legal liability.
