卓越法律人才的基本类型与培养路径探析

【摘要】：培养卓越法律人才,既是法律实践品格的内在要求,也是贯彻主体性教育理念的必然选择。"模拟—实验—实践"为主要环节的法律实践性教学模式,是对变革法学教育的时代性回应。这种模式要求优化"三阶段一体化"的法律人才培养体系,拓展学校、社会、行业协同创新的一体化人才培养机制,建构"案例分析—实践操作—理论研讨"的三位一体教学方法。其直接目标是强化法律人的"整体性思维",注重通过社区法律服务培育卓越法律人才社会责任感、实践能力、创新精神,培养国际化卓越法律人才。
[Abstract]:Cultivating outstanding legal talents is not only the inherent requirement of legal practice character, but also the inevitable choice of carrying out the concept of subjectivity education. " Analogue-experiment-practice "is the mode of legal practice teaching, which is a response to the reform of law education." This mode requires the optimization of the "three-stage integration" of the legal personnel training system, the expansion of the school, society and industry innovation of the integration of talent training mechanism. Construct the trinity teaching method of case analysis-practice operation-theory discussion. Its direct goal is to strengthen the "holistic thinking" of legal personnel, and to cultivate outstanding legal talents with social responsibility, practical ability, innovative spirit and international outstanding legal talents through community legal service.
