新媒体时代“公民记者”现象探析

【摘要】： “公民记者”最早出现于上世纪90年代的美国,本世纪初在中国也悄然出现,并迅速成长发展。随着公民意识的日益增强,越来越多的公民会以各种方式参与到各种社会事件,乃至政治事件中,其中通过新媒体(主要指网络)发布自己的所见所闻、评论是一种非常重要的方式,而由此造成的影响不容忽视,这一群体需要理性的引导,这种理性的引导的前提是学界对“公民记者”这一现象的重视、研究,这是顺应历史发展的必需。 本课题将采用比较分析及理论概括,并结合案例分析的方式,针对“公民记者”在国内外发展的现状,探索“公民记者”的概念、本质、特征,分析“公民记者”在民主社会产生的必然性,指出“公民记者”与传统媒体的关系,并对规范“公民记者”行为及“公民记者”和传统媒体的发展趋势进行尝试性的研究。因此,全文分为四部分,第一部分明晰“公民记者”的概念及本质,并将其与新闻线人、职业记者进行比较;第二部分着重从政治学角度分析“公民记者”兴起的理论根源,法律层面的保障,以及民主社会公民意识普遍觉醒所创造的广泛基础;第三部分研究其与传统新闻媒体的关系并提出正确处理二者关系的做法;文章最后一部分就规范“公民记者”行为进行了延展性的思考,并提出较为粗显的意见。 本文特点之一是对“公民记者”概念的界定,并试图从法学及政治学的角度揭示“公民记者”的本质;特点之二是在界定概念时,大量使用了比较分析的研究方法,旨在理清“公民记者”存在的独特性和现实性;特点之三则是运用新闻学、法学、政治学等学科的理论知识综合分析“公民记者”产生发展的民主理论根源、法律政策支持、公民意识层面的动力,突破以往对此论题多从新闻学角度分析的局限。
[Abstract]:Citizen reporter first appeared in the United States in the 1990s, and quietly appeared in China at the beginning of this century. With the increasing awareness of citizenship, more and more citizens will participate in all kinds of social events and even political events in various ways, among which, through the new media (mainly refers to the Internet), they will publish what they have seen and heard. Comment is a very important way, and the influence caused by it can not be ignored. This group needs rational guidance, which is based on the academic attention and research on the phenomenon of "citizen reporter". This is necessary to conform to the development of history. This topic will adopt the comparative analysis and the theory summary, and combine the case analysis way, according to the "citizen reporter" in the domestic and foreign development present situation, the exploration "citizen reporter" the concept, the essence, the characteristic, This paper analyzes on the inevitability of the emergence of "citizen reporter" in democratic society, points out the relationship between "citizen reporter" and traditional media, and makes a tentative study on standardizing the behavior of "citizen reporter" and the development trend of "citizen reporter" and traditional media. Therefore, the full text is divided into four parts, the first part clarifies the concept and essence of "citizen reporter", and compares it with the news informant and professional reporter. The second part focuses on the theoretical origin of the rise of "citizen reporter" from the angle of political science. The third part studies its relationship with the traditional news media and puts forward the practice of correctly handling the relationship between the two. In the last part of the article, the author thinks about the behavior of citizen reporter and puts forward some opinions. One of the characteristics of this paper is to define the concept of "citizen reporter", and try to reveal the essence of "citizen reporter" from the angle of law and political science. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the uniqueness and reality of the existence of "citizen reporter", and the third characteristic is to comprehensively analyze the democratic theoretical origin and legal policy support of the emergence and development of "citizen reporter" by using the theoretical knowledge of journalism, law, political science, etc. The motive force of citizen consciousness level breaks through the limitation of analyzing this topic from the angle of journalism.
