工程教材《法理学》的若干不足

【摘要】：正人民出版社、高等教育出版社2010年2月出版的《法理学》(马克思主义理论研究和建设工程重点教材)一书力图以马克思主义法理学的立场、观点、方法展示中国法理学的现有水平,取得了较好效果。但作为法理学的教学工作者,笔者认为该教材在法的特征、法的本质方面的表述尚存在下
[Abstract]:"Jurisprudence" (key textbook for Marxist theoretical Research and Construction Engineering), published in February 2010 by the people's Publishing House and the higher Education Publishing House, tries to take the standpoint of Marxist jurisprudence, Methods the present level of Chinese jurisprudence has been demonstrated and good results have been obtained. However, as a teaching worker of jurisprudence, the author thinks that the teaching material still exists in terms of the characteristics of law and the essence of law.
