美国音乐著作权集体管理组织运作的实践与启示

【摘要】：美国拥有世界上最强大的音乐产业,也有极为严格且周密细致的著作权管理法律、制度安排和多样化的组织形式。其中,以ASCAP和BMI为代表的音乐著作权集体管理组织发挥重要作用,其运作模式对我国健全著作权管理组织有着很好的启示意义。
[Abstract]:The United States has the most powerful music industry in the world, as well as strict and meticulous copyright management laws, institutional arrangements and diversified forms of organization. Among them, the collective management organization of music copyright, represented by ASCAP and BMI, plays an important role.
