从修辞角度探讨法律英语简明化

　　法律英语通常严谨古板、晦涩难懂。正因为如此，法律英语长期备受批评。于是，无论从政府到民间，还是从法律工作者到一般公众，长期以来都存在应该使法律语言“简明化”的呼声，甚至在世界范围内掀起了一场影响广泛的“简明英语运动”。而事实上，由于此类事件的推动，尽管法律语言难以像日常语言那样简单易懂，但是，在简明化方面确实已经取得了一定成果。同时，法律语言在很多方面也得到了一定改进并在一定程度上变得简明易懂。 法律语言学还是一门新兴学科。尽管截止目前也出现了一些有关“法律语言简明化”方面的研究探讨，但是大多比较宽泛笼统。毫无疑问，在这方面还有很多研究值得去做，前景广阔。本篇论文从“法律语言的修辞”这一角度入手，分析阐述了“法律英语简明化”这一趋势，并巧妙地将两者结合起来分析解读。本文作者期望籍此能为此领域的研究尽一份绵薄之力。 本篇论文共分四章，从“法律修辞”的角度，试图多方面对“法律英语简明化”进行剖析解读，以阐明其合理性，并运用实例证明了这一趋势确实存在并影响着现代法律英语。 第一章，论文的导入部分，简要介绍了本篇论文所要探讨的几个问题，包括法律英语的特点；简明法律英语；法律英...
