法庭辩论中的指示语和距离指示的语用分析

　　本文对法庭辩论中的指示语进行了研究，旨在发现能够表达实际(空间和时间)，社会和心理近指和远指的指示语表达方式，并探讨这些表达方式的选择是如何作为一个动态顺应的过程，实现律师在法庭辩论中劝说的目的的作用。 本文的理论框架结合了两方面的研究成果：Yule(2000)和其他语言学家在指示语和距离指示方面的研究以及Verschueren’s(1999)的语言顺应论。分析的语料包含20个律师法庭辩论文本，其中10个中文，10个英文。基于Yule(1999)和其他语言学家在指示语和距离表达方面的研究，我们对法庭辩论中能够表达实际，社会和心理近指或远指的指示语表达方式进行了识别和描述。接着应用Verschueren’s(1999)的顺应论解释这些表达方式的选择是如何作为一个动态顺应的过程，实现律师在法庭辩论中劝说的目的的作用。分析会分成三个部分，分别对与法庭中的三方(法官和／或陪审团，对立方，律师自己方)有关的指示语表达方式进行了探讨。在此过程中，我们发现律师运用了不同的表示远指和近指的指示语表达方式对这三方进行实际，社会和心理距离的指示。我们的结论是这些指示语表达方式的区别选择，是对法庭语...
