【摘要】：正本刊讯(李明爽报道)8月15日,农业部发布通告,决定建立涉渔违法案件举报奖励制度,根据案情严重程度,最高可奖2万元。通告指出,对向中国渔政指挥中心(以下简称"指挥中心")举报违反《中华人民共和国渔业法》、《野生动物保护法》等有关法律法规及"协定"规定,在海洋伏季休渔、长江禁渔和珠江禁渔期间非法捕
