【摘要】：正据新华社电江苏省常州市中级人民法院11日公开宣判中国科学技术协会原党组书记、常务副主席申维辰受贿案,对被告人申维辰以受贿罪判处无期徒刑,剥夺政治权利终身,并处没收个人全部财产;对申维辰受贿所得财物予以追缴,上缴国库。经审理查明:1992年至2014年,被告人申维辰先后利用担任山西省体育运动委员会主任,晋中地委书记,晋中市委书记,山西省委常委、宣传部长,太原市
[Abstract]:According to Xinhua News Agency, the Intermediate people's Court of Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, on the 11th publicly sentenced the former Party member and executive vice chairman of the China Association of Science and Technology, Shen Weichen, in the bribery case, and sentenced the defendant, Shen Weichen, to life imprisonment for taking bribes and depriving him of political rights for life.
