【摘要】:为了研究箱型截面压弯构件的破坏形态及其影响因素,本文首先对3个箱型截面构件模型进行了单项加载试验,将试验结果与理论分析进行对比,研究了固端约束作用、剪力滞效应和轴压比对箱型压弯构件破坏形态的影响;其次,利用有限元软件ABAQUS对试验内容进行模拟,验证了所述分析模型的正确性和可行性;最后,通过有限元模拟分析了腹板宽厚比对此类构件破坏形态的影响。分析结果表明:(1)箱型截面构件在恒轴力和单调水平荷载的作用下主要发生弯曲破坏,但不可忽略腹板的抗剪作用;构件破坏过程中存在明显的剪力滞效应及约束效应;受拉翼板和受压翼板破坏最严重部位分别在中间和固端之间以及固端截面。(2)轴压比对箱型截面压弯构件的极限承载力影响不明显,总体呈现轴压比越大,极限承载力越大的趋势;轴压比越大,构件的脆性越大,塑性变形能力越差。(3)试件出现明显的正剪力滞效应且受压翼板比受拉翼板严重,对于受拉翼板中间截面比固端截面明显,对于受压翼板是固端截面比中间截面明显,另外,不同翼板剪力滞效应受轴压比的影响也不同;固端干扰作用使得试件固端外壁压应力增大,在一定范围内影响了试件弯曲正应力在竖向的分布。(4)腹板宽厚比越大,构件的极限承载力越小,延性越好。本文通过试验研究,结合理论分析和有限元模拟,得到箱型截面压弯构件的破坏形态及其影响因素,进而分析了这些因素的作用效果,对充实理论和后续研究有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:In order to study the failure pattern of box section members and its influencing factors, three box section member models were tested under single loading, and the experimental results were compared with the theoretical analysis. The effects of end restraint, shear lag effect and axial compression ratio on the failure pattern of box bending members are studied. Secondly, the finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the content of the experiment, which verifies the correctness and feasibility of the analysis model. Finally. The influence of the web width to thickness ratio on the failure pattern of this kind of member is analyzed by finite element simulation. The results show that the box section member is mainly subjected to bending failure under the constant axial force and monotone horizontal load. However, the shear resistance of web should not be ignored. There are obvious shear lag effect and constraint effect in the process of failure. The influence of axial compression ratio on ultimate bearing capacity of box section bending members is not obvious, and the overall axial compression ratio is larger. The greater the ultimate bearing capacity; The greater the axial compression ratio, the greater the brittleness of the members, and the worse the plastic deformation. 3) the positive shear lag effect appears in the specimens, and the compression flange is more serious than the tensile flange, and the middle section is more obvious than the fixed end section for the tensile flange. For the compressed flange, the fixed end section is more obvious than the middle section, in addition, the shear lag effect of different flange is influenced by the axial compression ratio. The stress of the external wall of the specimen increases due to the interference of the end of the specimen, which affects the vertical distribution of the normal stress in the vertical direction. 4) the larger the ratio of width to thickness of the web is, the smaller the ultimate bearing capacity of the member is. The ductility is better. Through experimental research, combined with theoretical analysis and finite element simulation, the failure patterns and influencing factors of box section compression and bending members are obtained, and then the effect of these factors is analyzed. It has certain reference value to enrich the theory and further study.
