建筑工程施工管理模式创新研究

【摘要】：随着社会的进步和经济的发展,我国工程项目的建设规模不断扩大,传统建筑工程管理模式的发展滞后于建筑工程项目规模发展,阻碍了建筑工程行业的发展。为了更好的促进建筑工程管理的发展和实现项目目标,必须要重视对建筑工程管理模式的创新研究。本研究首先从建筑工程管理思想和建筑工程管理机制等方面入手,分析建筑工程管理中存在的主要问题,形成建筑工程管理的理论框架;然后,通过对当前的建筑工程管理模式的对比分析,指出各种模式的优势和劣势,并对多种现行管理模式进行整合,形成建筑工程管理的创新研究框架;最后,结合对具体工程实例的分析,从建筑工程项目管理机制创新和施工现场管理策略创新两个方面论述对建筑工程管理创新的实施方法和过程。与建筑施工技术的创新相比,建筑施工企业着眼于建筑施工管理的创新具有更重要的理论和实践意义。在今后的发展之中应该使用科学务实的工程项目计划以及严谨有效的项目控制方法,使建筑项目管理模式不断创新,进而提升施工管理的水平和建筑企业的市场竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society and the development of economy, the construction scale of our country's engineering project is expanding constantly, and the development of the traditional construction engineering management mode lags behind the development of the construction project scale. In order to better promote the development of construction engineering management and achieve the project objectives. It is necessary to pay attention to the innovative research on the management mode of construction engineering. Firstly, the main problems in the management of construction engineering are analyzed from the aspects of management thought and mechanism of construction engineering. Forming the theoretical framework of construction engineering management; Then, through the comparative analysis of the current construction engineering management mode, the paper points out the advantages and disadvantages of the various models, and integrates various existing management models to form the innovative research framework of the construction engineering management. Finally, combined with the analysis of concrete engineering examples. This paper discusses the implementation method and process of construction project management innovation from two aspects: the innovation of construction project management mechanism and the innovation of construction site management strategy, which is compared with the innovation of construction technology. It is of more important theoretical and practical significance for construction enterprises to focus on the innovation of construction management. In the future development, scientific and practical engineering project planning and strict and effective project control methods should be used. The management mode of construction project is innovated continuously, and the level of construction management and the market competitiveness of construction enterprises are improved.
