【摘要】：近些年来,绿色建筑在我国发展迅速,被认为是未来一段时间内建筑行业发展的趋势。面对这一机遇,从事项目投资的建设单位应当积极主动的对实施绿色建筑的影响因素进行研究,探索建设领域绿色、环保、以人为本的发展道路,形成企业绿色建筑实施策略,最终确定适合自身条件的、切实可行的项目绿色建筑目标并付诸实践。这不仅是企业管理水平、技术水平升级的良好契机,也是企业展示形象、引领行业发展的广阔平台。本文首先从绿色建筑的产生背景和发展历程入手,对影响绿色建筑实施的因素和建设绿色建筑项目面临的机遇进行分析,提出了适用于建设单位的绿色建筑实施策略,并进一步建立了绿色建筑目标选择决策分析模型,同时利用实际案例的经验验证了模型和绿色建筑目标的可实施性。通过这些,希望为其它项目绿色建筑的规划、组织和实施提供成功借鉴。本文的创新点在于提出了利用层次分析法对绿色建筑目标的可行性进行决策这一方法。层次分析法能够较为系统、全面地结合主观和客观方面的因素对决策目标进行评价分析,便于企业管理者结合企业自身和市场的条件更有针对性地制定绿色建筑目标。同时这一方法中的评价标准,在项目实施过程中和项目实施后,可以根据企业经营状态、过程资产、项目后评价等内容进行不断地调整改进,使之适应市场环境的变化和企业的发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of green building in China, is considered to be the trend of the development of the construction industry for a period of time in the future. In the face of this opportunity, engaged in project investment and construction units should actively study the factors of influence on the implementation of green building, explore the construction field of green, environmental protection, development of people-oriented, formation enterprise green building strategies, and ultimately determine the suitable conditions, the feasible project of green building goals and put into practice. This is not only the enterprise management level, a good opportunity to upgrade the technological level, also is the enterprise image shows a broad platform, leading the development of the industry. This paper from the green building background and development process of on the face of the impact factors in green building and implementation of green building project opportunities analysis, put forward for the construction unit of the implementation of the strategy of green building Slightly, and then establish the green building objective decision analysis model, and use the actual case to verify the model and experience of green building goals can be implemented. Through these, hope for other projects, green building planning, organization and implementation. This paper provides reference to the success of the innovation is to put forward the feasibility of using AHP the green building goals for the decision-making of this method. AHP can systematically and comprehensively combining the subjective and objective factors of the evaluation of the decision analysis of the target, more convenient conditions for enterprise managers in combination with enterprise and market to develop green building goals. At the same time the method of evaluation standard, implementation and in the process of implementation of the project in the project, according to the state of business, process assets, project evaluation content constantly improving, so that It is adapted to the changes in the market environment and the development of the enterprise.
