老年养护建筑复合化设计研究

【摘要】：随着我国人口老龄化的加剧，以及当下社会及家庭结构的变迁，，对诸如养护类建筑的需求已迫在眉睫。而目前养老设施普遍存在服务水平落后、功能单一、设施老化等问题，不能很好地应对日益老化的健康生活需求。这意味着无论是养老模式，或是建设模式，甚至是养护类建筑设计本身都需要从适老性、合理性和人文关怀层面进行理论探究和实践探索。本文以老年养护建筑作为研究对象，通过对相关建筑设计理论、规范、文献的研究，明确提出老年养护建筑复合化设计的理念。并藉由开封离退休职工养护楼的设计操作，探索了基于适老特性的养护院功能整合方式，旨在形成高效、合情、有序的复合型老年养护建筑模式，以满足老年人日常生活与精神生活的复杂性需求。论文由三部分本组成。第一部分：梳理研究框架并进行文献综述和理论探究，理清了老年养护建筑概念及复合化设计理念的由来。并论述了“组合”和“复合”在概念上的根本区别。第二部分：包括第二章、第三章，明确提出了老年养护建筑复合化设计的理念，并阐述了该理念的三大设计原则，即适老性原则，功能性原则和伺服性原则。进而讨论了复合化设计理念下老年养护建筑配置及复合化空间构成模式。其中，强调了兴趣类、专业医疗类和宗教信仰类可扩展空间类型的必要性。第三部分：在第四章结合实际项目，通过复合化设计理念的设计操作，在适用性、预见性和示范性层面探索了复合化老年养护建筑形态的生成途径。重点在公共伺服空间的设计和基本养老居住单元的弹性控制方面。期望本文能够为我国老年养护型建筑的优化发展提供一些有价值的建议。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of the aging population in our country and the current changes of social and family structure, the demand for such buildings as maintenance is imminent. However, the service level of pension facilities is generally backward and the function is single. Aging facilities and other issues, can not be a good response to the aging needs of a healthy life. This means that whether the old-age model, or the construction model, or even the maintenance of the architectural design itself all need to adapt to the elderly. The rationality and humanity concern level carries on the theory inquiry and the practice exploration. This article takes the old age conservation building as the research object, through the related architectural design theory, the norm, the literature research. This paper puts forward the idea of compound design of old age conservation building and explores the functional integration mode of maintenance hospital based on the characteristics of aging by the design and operation of Kaifeng retired staff and workers' maintenance building in order to form an efficient and reasonable way. In order to meet the complex needs of daily life and spiritual life of the elderly, an orderly complex old age conservation architecture model is proposed. The paper consists of three parts. The first part: combing the research framework and literature review and theoretical research. This paper clarifies the origin of the concept of old age conservation building and the concept of compound design, and discusses the fundamental difference between the concept of "combination" and "compound". The second part: includes the second chapter, the third chapter, has proposed the old age conservation building compound design idea explicitly, and elaborated this idea three big design principles, namely adapts the old age principle. Functional principle and servomechanism principle. Then discussed the old age conservation building configuration and the compound space constitution pattern under the compound design idea, in which, emphasized the interest class. The necessity of professional medical and religious belief types of expandable space. The third part: in the 4th chapter combined with the actual project, through the compound design concept design operation, in the applicability. In the aspect of foresight and demonstration, this paper explores the way to form compound old age conservation building, focusing on the design of public servo space and the elastic control of basic old-age housing unit. It is expected that this paper can provide some valuable suggestions for the optimal development of old age conservation buildings in China.
