【摘要】:随着我国城市建设规模扩大、城镇化进程加快,促使我国城市居住小区的建设快速发展,小区道路交通设施的作用也随着居住小区的发展越来越明显。我国对小区道路交通设施的建设,一直没有具体规范标准,导致我国居住小区道路交通设施建设参差不齐,从而引发一系列小区交通安全和环境问题,如居住小区交通事故发生率升高、交通拥堵、小区环境恶化、小区居民之间人情冷漠等等,这些问题严重影响了小区居民的生活质量和生活品质。 西安作为十三朝古都,具有深厚的历史文化和典型的地域特征,在城市居住小区道路交通设施建设中也有自身的规律和特点。本论文选择西安市作为地域范围,结合多学科知识将研究对象确定为居住小区道路交通设施。论文首先将西安市居住小区分为不同地域、不同建造年代、不同规模、不同品质、不同产权5种类型,在按每种类型现状小区数量的比例,共选取有代表性的28个小区的道路交通设施作为调查对象,将小区道路交通设施的主要内容:道路形式、出入口设置、停车设施、道路安全设施及小区交通状况五个方面作为核心调查内容,将调查内容按照小区的不同类型进行分类比较,汇总调查内容。在采用归纳对比法、图表分析法、综合分析法,对调查内容进行系统分析,得出西安市居住小区道路交通设施自身的特点和发展规律。最后根据调查分析结果和相关规范,从设施设计、建设、管理三个方面总结了西安市居住小区道路交通设建议及措施,为新建或改造居住小区道路交通设施提供参考,论文的调查结果还可以为以后制定西安市居住小区道路交通设施建设规范提供一手资料。 论文的主要内容共分为五章。第一章为绪论:确定研究对象、研究目的、研究意义及研究方法,界定相关概念,综述了国内外居住小区道路交通设施调查现状、设施研究理论及调查方法相关研究理论,提出本论文的研究框架。第二章为调查:调查部分首先明确调查目的、选择调查方法、确定调查对象,根据影响居住小区道路交通设施现状的因素设计了实地调查内容、问卷调查内容、访谈调查内容,,最后汇总调查内容。第三章为分析:采用归纳对比法、图表分析法、综合分析法,对调查内容进行系统分析,得到分析结果。第四章为建议及措施:针对西安市居住小区道路交通设施调查结果存在的问题,提出优化措施及建议。第五章为结论:主要是对本论文调查研究成果的总结,探索出适合居住小区道路交通设施的调查研究方法,概括总结了西安市居住小区道路交通设施建设现状特点和规律。 研究主要结论如下: (1)居住小区道路交通设施调查研究方法:前期调查及收集资料采用实地观察、记录法,问卷调查法和访谈法;调查结果分析采用归纳对比分析法,图表式分析法和综合分析法。 (2)西安市居住小区道路交通设施特点和规律:小区道路交通设施特点受小区地域、建造年代、规模、品质、产权的影响,其中最主要的影响是小区的建造年代,随着小区建造时间的更新,小区道路交通设施建设越来越完善,小区交通安全环境质量越高。
[Abstract]:Along with the city construction scale of China's expanding urbanization, promote the rapid development of the construction of our city residential area, road traffic facilities also with residential development more and more obvious. China's residential road traffic infrastructure construction, there has been no specific standards, resulting in China's residential area road traffic facilities the construction of uneven, which triggered a series of traffic safety and environmental issues, such as residential traffic accident rate increased, traffic congestion, residential area residents between the deterioration of the environment, human indifference etc. these problems seriously affect the residents quality of life and quality of life.
Xi'an as the capital of thirteen dynasties, has a profound historical culture and typical regional features, in the city residential area road construction also has its own rules and characteristics. This paper chooses Xi'an city as a regional scope, combined with the research of multidisciplinary knowledge object identified as residential road traffic facilities. In the first place, Xi'an city the district is divided into different regions, different construction time, different scale, different quality, different property types in 5, according to the number of each type of residential status proportion, total road traffic facilities of 28 District representative as research object, the main content area of road traffic facilities: a road form. Set the entrance, parking facilities, road safety facilities and residential traffic in five aspects as the core content of research, the survey content according to different types of residential classification comparison, exchange The total contents of the investigation. In the use of inductive and contrast method, chart analysis method, comprehensive analysis method, systematic investigation and Analysis on the content of that district road traffic facilities in Xi'an city to live their own characteristics and rules of development. Finally, according to the results and the related standard of investigation and analysis, from the construction of the facility design, three aspects summarizes the traffic management design proposal Xi'an residential area road and measures, for new or modified residential road traffic facilities to provide a reference, the survey results also for the future development of the residential district of Xi'an road traffic facilities construction specifications provide first-hand information.
The main content of the thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction: to determine the object of study, research purpose, research significance and research methods, the definition of related concepts and living status survey district road traffic facilities at home and abroad were reviewed, and the theory research facilities survey method of relevant theoretical research, put forward the framework of this research. The second chapter is survey: a survey of part of the first purpose of the survey, selection of survey methods, determine the research object, according to the factors affecting the residential status of road traffic facilities of the on-the-spot investigation content design, questionnaire, interview survey, the final summary of survey content. The third chapter is the analysis of the inductive and contrast method, chart analysis method, comprehensive analysis method and systematic analysis on the investigation, the results of the analysis. The fourth chapter is the suggestions and measures for the residential quarters of Xi'an road traffic facilities survey results exist The problem, put forward the optimization measures and suggestions. The fifth chapter is the conclusion of this paper is: the main research achievements are summarized, explore research methods for residential road traffic facilities, summarized the current characteristics and rules of construction of transportation facilities in Xi'an residential area road.
The main conclusions are as follows:
(1) investigation and research methods of road traffic facilities in residential quarter: field survey, record method, questionnaire survey and interview method. The results were analyzed by induction, comparative analysis, chart analysis and comprehensive analysis.
(2) residential road traffic facilities characteristics and rules of residence in Xi'an City: the characteristics of residential traffic facilities by residential areas, construction time, scale, quality, property rights, the most important factor is the construction area in the District, with the construction time update, small area road traffic facilities construction is more and more perfect, more high the environmental quality of residential traffic safety.
