【摘要】：正规划从各类人群面临的不同问题与诉求出发,采用"三多一突出"的公众参与工作机制展开规划。在全面审视、系统研究的基础上,针对问题围绕"生活好起来,价值显起来、文化活起来、人气旺起来、交通便起来和环境美起来"的核心目标,提出全方位的策略,构建"一片一方案,一环连四片,两带串十景"的总体框架,并制定近期带动滚动式的行动计划,切实提升老百姓的生活品质,实践宜居宜业宜游的"美丽上城"。
[Abstract]:Planning is starting from all kinds of people facing different problems and demands, the "three outstanding" public participation mechanism to start planning. In a comprehensive review, on the basis of systematic study, aiming at the problem on "life better, explicit value, culture alive, people burn up, traffic rose and beautiful environment" the core goal, put forward comprehensive strategy, build a program, a ring with four tablet, two on the overall framework of ten, and drives the rolling formulation in the near future plan of action, and effectively improve the quality of life of ordinary people, the practice of livable industry should travel the "beautiful city".
