【摘要】：随人们对信息技术研究的不断深入以及人们对企业管理的要求不断地提高,企业信息化案例的种类日益丰富,应用范围也日益广泛,信息化也越来越受到企业的关注。各种信息化的方法论、系统和工具逐渐出现在各行各业中,信息化对现代化企业来说也变得越来越重要。在中国国民经济的高速发展的同时,国内产生越来越多和世界接轨的信息化实践,也产生很多具有中国特设的信息化经验。早期的建筑设计信息化主要以设计工具的信息化为主,从80年代的甩图板革命到近期的参数化设计,建筑设计在工具信息化上都地引进了其他行业的经验。而对管理的信息化改革程度则没有对设计工具的信息化来的剧烈。随着提高企业管理能力和提高设计效率需求的越来越强烈,从流程、系统、数据角度对传统的建筑设计企业进行信息化改造变得势在必行。本文从建筑设计行业的角度和筑博设计股份有限公司的业务现状为基础,结合成熟的企业管理理论,出了筑博设计公司信息化建设存在的问题,并做出了针对筑博设计公司对信息化需求的分析。在给筑博设计公司提出的信息化方案中包含了筑博设计公司信息化的总体目标以及信息化系统结构和功能的描述,本文也对筑博设计公司的核心设计、经验流程进行了梳理和信息化设计。本文明确了筑博设计公司以“协同化”为特点的信息化架构,结合设计工具和管理系统,有效提高建筑设计的设计效率和设计质量,也为筑博设计公司的经营管理和项目管理等方面的决策过程提供了数据支持,提高了筑博设计公司整体的管理运营能力。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of information technology research and the increasing requirements of enterprise management, the types of enterprise information cases are increasingly rich, and the scope of application is increasingly widespread. Information technology has attracted more and more attention of enterprises, and the methodology, systems and tools of information technology have gradually appeared in various industries, and informatization has become more and more important to modern enterprises. With the rapid development of China's national economy, more and more information practices have been brought into line with the world. Early architectural design informatization mainly focused on the information of design tools from 80s to the recent parametric design revolution. Architectural design has introduced the experience of other industries in the information of tools. The degree of informatization reform in management is not as drastic as the informatization of design tools. With the improvement of enterprise management ability and design efficiency. The demand is getting stronger. It is imperative to transform the traditional architectural design enterprises from the aspects of process, system and data. In this paper, from the perspective of architectural design industry and the business situation of Zhubo Design Co., Ltd., combined with the mature enterprise management theory, the problems existing in the informatization construction of Zhubo Design Company are put forward. Finally, the paper makes an analysis of the information demand of the company. The general goal of the informatization and the structure and function of the information system are included in the information scheme proposed for the company. Narrator. This paper also combs the core design, experience flow and information design of Zubo Design Company. This paper clarifies the information structure of Zhubo Design Company which is characterized by "cooperation", combines design tools and management system, effectively improves the design efficiency and design quality of architectural design. It also provides data support for the decision-making process of the management and project management of Zhubo Design Company, and improves the management and operation ability of the company as a whole.
