【摘要】:随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市用地日趋紧张,基坑沿地下室外墙边线开挖的情况已经屡见不鲜。在地下室外墙外边线无模板支撑工作面的情况下,只能采用单面支模的形式。单面支模的搭设材料主要有型钢刚架和扣件式钢管支架两种,本文研究的扣件式单面模板支撑体系属于后者。 扣件式钢管脚手架引入我国使用已逾40年,因其具有搭设方便、成本较低、通用性和适用性强等优点,得到了广泛的应用。我国JGJ130-2011《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》中并没有对承受侧向压力的单面模板提出相应规定与指导建议,因此本文以扣件式单面模板支撑体系为研究对象,希望对类似工程有一定的借鉴与指导意义。论文主要包括以下几个方面的内容: ①通过2013年多起模板支撑倒塌事故分析,指出计算方法不合理、构配件管理不到位和施工管理不到位等因素是造成模板支撑体系坍塌事故的主要诱因。 ②对比单面支模与双面支模的特点,并对单面支模体系的常见形式进行了图文说明,提出扣件式钢管斜撑三角架这一较为经济、灵活的搭设方案。描述了支撑体系的组成与构造措施。 ③阐述了我国、英国、美国相应规范对新浇混凝土侧压力值计算式的相关规定;对我国、英国、日本的压杆临界力计算公式进行了对比与总结;基于我国脚手架发展中的铰接模型、排架模型、刚框架模型,推导了半刚性有侧移框架的压杆计算长度计算表达式;同时为便于工程实用,推导了多弹性支座多节间连续压杆的计算模型、计算方法及临界力表达式。 ④采用MIDAS/Gen有限元分析软件对单面模板支撑体系进行三维有限元屈曲分析。确定了工程实例中单面模板支撑架的薄弱部位,同时也指出地锚是施工时应严格控制的关键点。 ⑤指出构配件的初始缺陷、搭设初始条件、构造措施等是影响单面模板支撑体系承载力的主要因素,,并对施工时构配件选择与检测、混凝土浇筑方式、薄弱部位的加强等方面提出了相应建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid urbanization of our country , the urban land becomes more and more tense , and the excavation of the foundation pit along the outer wall of the basement has been uncommon . In the case of no formwork support working surface of the outer side of the basement exterior wall , only one side formwork can be used . The erection material of the single - side formwork is mainly composed of steel frame and fastener type steel pipe support . The fastener type single - side formwork support system is the latter . Fastener - type steel tube scaffold has been introduced in our country for more than 40 years because it has the advantages of convenient erection , low cost , strong versatility and applicability . ( 1 ) Through the analysis of the collapse accident caused by multiple formwork support in 2013 , it is pointed out that the calculation method is unreasonable , the failure of the component management is not in place and the construction management is not in place , etc . , the main cause of the collapse accident of the formwork support system is caused . In this paper , the characteristics of single - side formwork and double - sided formwork are compared , and the common form of single - side formwork system is illustrated . This paper puts forward a more economical and flexible setting scheme for the diagonal bracing tripod of the fastener - type steel tube . In this paper , the formulas for calculating the lateral pressure values of new - in - place concrete in China , Britain and the United States are described . The formulas for calculating the critical force of the pressure bars in China , England and Japan are compared and summarized . Based on the hinge model , the rack model and the rigid frame model in the development of scaffold in China , the calculation expression of the calculation length of the pressing rods with the semi - rigid side - moving frame is derived ; meanwhile , the calculation model , calculation method and critical force expression of the multi - elastic support multi - joint continuous pressure rod are deduced for the convenience of engineering . ( 4 ) Using MIDAS / Gen finite element analysis software to analyze the three - dimensional finite element buckling analysis of single - side formwork support system . The weak parts of single - side formwork support frame in engineering example are determined , and the key points that should be strictly controlled during construction are also pointed out . It is pointed out that the initial defects , initial conditions , structural measures and so on are the main factors which influence the bearing capacity of single - side formwork support system , and the corresponding suggestions are put forward in the aspects of the selection and detection of the components during construction , the concrete pouring method and the strengthening of weak points .
