【摘要】：如果说景观是社会意识形态和价值观在大地上的投影,那么公园就是公民社会发展到一定阶段的产物。时代在变,城市公园的功能也需要改变。本文关注的公园——哈尔滨群力新区公园也应顺应时代发展。我们除了要将“公园”真正从造景的“园”转变为公共的“场”,当代公园必须对当代城市所面临的诸多挑战作出应答：诸如雨洪管理、栖息地保护、都市农业等生态问题,或面临着基础设施薄弱、景观陈旧、缺乏维护管理与服务人员素质不高、资金投入不足等人为问题。这些都意味着城市公园的形式将会与形式主义的景观有很大的不同。因此,在规划城市公园方面,当代景观设计师的工作将比以往更加富有挑战。因此,对城市公园景观特色的研究尤为重要,了解如何对城市公园景观特色做出评价,其结论有助于提醒设计师建成后回顾查访,以持续优化城市公园环境,彻底改善城市面貌。本文以哈尔滨群力新区公园景观为研究对象,选择了四个主题公园为代表,通过对景观特色的营造手法分析,并运用了层次分析法和模糊综合评判法的研究方法对哈尔滨群力新区公园景观特色进行评价和分析。文章第二章为基础理论研究部分,主要阐述城市公园、景观特色、层次分析法、模糊综合评判法等基础理论。第三章为公园景观特色评价指标体系的构建。四章通过公园景观特色评价特细对哈尔滨群力新区公园景观特色进行调查、评价、分析。第五章是根据前文的分析所总结出的问题,提出的优化策略。公园景观特色研究,能够把握现有景观的优劣之处,有利于科学地提出城市公园景观特色更新的方向,有利于城市公园景观特色的保护与更新；有助于明确城市的特色定位,根据城市的地域性文化性打造城市公园典型特色景观风格,为城市特色资源尽可能转化为城市经济、文化等其他领域方面的优势提供了系统的管理思路。
[Abstract]:If landscape is the projection of social ideology and values on the earth, then the park is the product of the development of civil society to a certain stage. The times are changing. The function of the city park also needs to be changed. The park of Harbin Qunli New area, which this paper focuses on, should also conform to the development of the times. Besides, we should change the "park" from the "garden" to the public "field". Contemporary parks must respond to many of the challenges facing contemporary cities: ecological problems such as stormwater management, habitat conservation, urban agriculture, or weak infrastructure and obsolete landscapes. Lack of maintenance management and service personnel quality is not high, inadequate investment and other man-made problems. These mean that the form of urban parks will be very different from the formalism of the landscape. In the planning of urban parks, the work of contemporary landscape designers will be more challenging than before. Therefore, it is particularly important to study the landscape characteristics of urban parks, to understand how to evaluate the landscape characteristics of urban parks. The conclusion is helpful to remind designers to review and visit after completion so as to continuously optimize the environment of urban parks and improve the appearance of the city thoroughly. This article takes the park landscape of Harbin Qunli New area as the research object, chooses four theme parks as the representative, through the landscape characteristic construction technique analysis. And use the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate and analyze the park landscape characteristics of Harbin Qunli New District. The second chapter is the basic theory research part, mainly expounds the urban park. Landscape characteristics, Analytic hierarchy process. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and other basic theories. The third chapter is the construction of park landscape characteristics evaluation index system. Four chapters through the park landscape characteristics evaluation of the park landscape characteristics of Harbin Qunli New District Park landscape characteristics were investigated and evaluated. Chapter 5th is an optimization strategy based on the problems summarized in the previous analysis. The study of park landscape features can grasp the advantages and disadvantages of the existing landscape, is conducive to the scientific direction of urban park landscape feature renewal, is conducive to the protection and renewal of urban park landscape characteristics; It is helpful to make clear the characteristic orientation of the city, to create the typical characteristic landscape style of the city park according to the regional culture of the city, and to transform the characteristic resources of the city into the city economy as far as possible. The advantages of culture and other areas provide systematic management ideas.
