【摘要】:摘要:随着不可再生能源的日益枯竭和环境污染日益加剧,大力发展新能源迫在眉睫,风力发电以其风能蕴量大、环境破坏小、装机速度快、投资回收期短等优点越来越受青睐,风力发电在中国及世界范围内得到了广泛的关注。近年来,随着科技及制造业的发展,风机的塔架高度及单机容量不断加大,使得风力发电机组的地基-基础受力越加复杂,加之风机基础设计理论不够成熟,导致了多起由于基础设计不合理而发生的风机倒塌事故,造成较大的经济损失。 鉴于以上情况,本文针对风机地基-基础受力做了以下研究工作: (1)对风机基础设计理论及方法进行了阐述,针对一个工程实例,对其风机基础设计原方案进行了校核分析,提出了原设计方案的优点及不足之处。 (2)针对风机地基-基础受力研究进行了一系列的现场测试,包括:基底静土压力测试、基底动土压力测试、基侧静土压力测试、基础内部钢筋应力测试、地基沉降监测,得出了风力机在建设和运行过程中地基-基础受力随时间及荷载的变化规律。 (3)基于有限元模拟软件ABAQUS建立了三维有限元模型,针对风机在正常运行14m/s风速的情况下进行了受力分析,得到了两种工况下的基底压力大小、基础内部钢筋应力及基础沉降值。对风机在极限荷载状况下运行进行了受力分析,得到了极限荷载状态下的土压力大小、基础内部钢筋应力及基础沉降值,评估了风机在极限荷载状态下的稳定性。 (4)对比了现场实测数据及有限元分析结果,分析了两者间的差别及产生的原因,对今后的进一步研究提出了展望。
[Abstract]:Abstract : With the increasing depletion of non - renewable energy and the increasing environmental pollution , the development of new energy is becoming more and more popular . The wind power generation is more and more popular in China and the world . With the development of science and technology and manufacturing industry , wind power generation has become more and more popular in China and the world . In recent years , with the development of science and technology and manufacturing industry , the wind power generation has become more and more complicated . In view of the above , the following research work is done on the foundation - foundation stress of the fan : ( 1 ) The theory and method of the basic design of the fan are described . According to an engineering example , the original scheme of the fan foundation design is checked and analyzed , and the advantages and disadvantages of the original design scheme are put forward . ( 2 ) A series of on - site tests are carried out for the foundation - foundation stress of the fan , including the foundation static earth pressure test , the foundation dynamic soil pressure test , the foundation - side static earth pressure test , the internal reinforcement stress test and the foundation settlement monitoring , and the change rule of the foundation - foundation stress with time and load during the construction and operation of the wind turbine is obtained . ( 3 ) A three - dimensional finite element model is established on the basis of the finite element simulation software , and the stress analysis is carried out for the fan under the condition that the wind speed is 14 m / s , and the stress of the foundation and the settlement of the foundation are obtained . The stress analysis of the blower under the limit load condition is carried out , the soil pressure in the limit load state , the stress of the internal steel bar and the foundation settlement value are obtained , and the stability of the fan in the limit load state is evaluated . ( 4 ) By comparing the results of field test and finite element analysis , the differences between them and the causes are analyzed , and the prospect of further research is put forward .
