【摘要】：绿色施工是绿色建筑得以实现的关键环节，，与绿色建筑相同，绿色施工强调在建筑工程建造过程中通过科学的规划和管理，有效的施工技术和管理措施，实现施工过程的“四节一环保”。我国自2008年北京奥运会场馆建设以来，开始制定绿色施工相关技术文件，推广绿色施工应用，但由于绿色施工在我国开展较晚，施工技术人员和企业对绿色施工认识不深刻，尚未形成绿色施工组织与管理的标准化模式，因此开展速度较慢。本文以建筑工程绿色施工组织与管理为研究对象，从普遍性建筑工程施工过程出发，通过建筑工程施工的地基与基础工程、主体结构工程和装饰装修与机电安装工程等分部分项工程的施工工艺和工法分析，对施工过程中对环境所带来负面影响的因素进行识别，并结合绿色施工“四节一环保”的要求，提出针对各种“非绿色”因素的治理措施。在对治理措施深入分析的基础上，通过对建筑工程传统施工方式和绿色施工方式的对比分析，提出将标准化管理引入绿色施工组织与管理的理念，确定了绿色施工标准化组织与管理方法制定的基本原则，根据绿色施工组织与管理的一般特点，从组织机构、目标管理、人员管理、信息管理、管理流程等方面提出了标准化措施建议。针对绿色施工的“四节一环保”，结合工程实例，提出了标准化控制方法，进而基本形成了绿色施工组织与管理的标准化方法和体系。本文所提出的绿色施工标准化组织和管理方法可供各类建筑施工企业参考应用，可为绿色施工的推广起到积极作用，具有一定的理论意义和重要的工程实用价值。
[Abstract]:Green construction is the key link of green building, which is the same as green building. Green construction emphasizes scientific planning and management, effective construction technology and management measures in the construction process. Since 2008, Beijing Olympic stadium construction, China has begun to formulate green construction related technical documents to promote the application of green construction. However, due to the late development of green construction in China, the construction technicians and enterprises do not have a deep understanding of green construction, and the standardized mode of organization and management of green construction has not yet been formed, so the speed of green construction is slow. This paper takes the green construction organization and management of building engineering as the research object, starting from the construction process of the universal building engineering, through the foundation and foundation engineering of the building engineering construction. This paper analyzes the construction technology and method of the main structure engineering, decoration and mechanical and electrical installation engineering, and identifies the factors that bring negative influence to the environment in the construction process. Combined with the requirements of "four sections and one environmental protection" in green construction, this paper puts forward some measures to deal with various "non-green" factors. Through the comparative analysis of the traditional construction mode and the green construction mode of the building engineering, the paper puts forward the idea of introducing the standardized management into the green construction organization and management. According to the general characteristics of the green construction organization and management, the paper defines the basic principles of the green construction standardization organization and management method, from the organization organization, the goal management, the personnel management, the information management. This paper puts forward some suggestions on standardization measures in management flow and puts forward the standardized control method in view of the "four sections and one environmental protection" of green construction and combined with engineering examples. And then basically formed the green construction organization and management standardization method and system. The green construction standardization organization and management method proposed in this paper can be used as a reference for all kinds of construction enterprises. It can play a positive role in the promotion of green construction, and has certain theoretical significance and important engineering practical value.
