【摘要】:城市商业中心是城市商业活动高度聚集的区域,其空间布局的时空演变规律反映城市空间结构与社会文化之间独特的互动关系。论文以郑州市为例,通过对城市商业中心布局演变过程研究,借助空间句法的计算与预测,为郑州城市商业空间发展的研究提供新的思路。研究内容主要包含以下几个方面:(一)郑州城市商业中心历史演变历程及其布局特征总结;(二)城郑州市商业中心在漫长的演变过程中隐含的内在社会逻辑,发展规律以及预测未来城市商业中心发展趋势;(三)当前商业中心布局存在问题与优化建议;(四)借由郑州城市商业中心研究,进一步论证空间句法在中国独特历史文化背景下的适用性。论文提取郑州城市1930年至2020年(规划)主要路网交通轴线,借助Dethmap转化为拓扑关系图进行相关变量计算,对历史维度下郑州城市轴线整合度变化,郑州城市商业中心与整合度核心相关性,大型商业网点与主要轴线相关性,商业等级与句法变量相关性进行分析。空间句法分析结果表明:(1)郑州城市商业中心发生变迁,整体布局仍旧是囿于传统城区内的单核心状态;商业中心内部业态从单一走向多元化。(2)郑州城市商业中心正在经历向内聚集同时向外扩张的时期,商业空间从单中心发展到多中心,商业布局逐步网络化。(3)空间句法理论及其操作方法在中国特色历史文化背景下的城市空间中仍具有适用性。以此为基础对对2020年城市商业中心布局预测:(1)郑州市商业中心的布局仍跟随整合度核心,,商业网点分布随着句法轴线的移动而移动。(2)商业最核心位置由二七广场向花园路转移;城市商业中心布局趋于均匀化。(3)全局整合度核心内部将有可能出现未被规划的商业中心。经过分析总结,郑州城市商业中心布局影响因子有:地理位置与交通、人口规模与密度、政策规划、消费行为习惯;现存问题有:商业中心布局不均衡,商业核心囿于传统城区,其它区块商业发展较为缓慢;商业中心内部业态结构不甚合理;商业空间消费环境制约商业中心发展;针对郑州城市商业中心影响机制与现存问题,提出以下建议:商业中心发展与城市发展相协调,空间布局与路网结构相配合;商业中心发展特色优势,商业空间塑造重视混合性;改善商业中心购物环境。
[Abstract]:Urban commercial center is a highly concentrated area of urban commercial activities. The space-time evolution of its spatial layout reflects the unique interaction between urban spatial structure and social culture. This paper takes Zhengzhou as an example. Through the study of the evolution process of urban commercial center layout, the calculation and prediction of spatial syntax are carried out. It provides a new way for the study of the development of commercial space in Zhengzhou city. The content of the research mainly includes the following aspects: (1) the historical evolution of Zhengzhou city commercial center and the summary of its layout characteristics; (2) the inherent social logic, the law of development and the forecast of the future development trend of the city's commercial center in the long process of evolution; (3) problems existing in the layout of current commercial centers and suggestions for optimization; (4) by means of the study of Zhengzhou City Commercial Center. To further demonstrate the applicability of space syntax in the unique historical and cultural background of China. This paper extracts the main road network traffic axis of Zhengzhou city from 1930 to 2020 (planning). With the help of Dethmap transform into topological relationship diagram to calculate the relevant variables, the historical dimension of Zhengzhou city axis integration degree changes, Zhengzhou city commercial center and integration of the core correlation. The correlation between the large commercial network and the main axis, the correlation between the commercial grade and the syntactic variable is analyzed. The result of the spatial syntax analysis shows that the commercial center of Zhengzhou city has changed. The overall layout is still confined to the single core state of the traditional urban area; The commercial center of Zhengzhou city is experiencing the period of gathering inward and expanding outwards, and the commercial space develops from single center to multi-center. Business layout gradually networking. 3). The theory of space syntax and its methods of operation are still applicable in urban space under the background of history and culture with Chinese characteristics. On the basis of this theory, we can predict the layout of urban commercial center in 2020. The layout of Zhengzhou's commercial center still follows the core of integration. The distribution of commercial network moves with the movement of syntactic axis. (2) the core position of commerce is transferred from Erqi Square to Garden Road; The layout of urban commercial center tends to be homogenized. 3) the overall degree of integration within the core will likely be unplanned commercial center. The influencing factors of Zhengzhou city commercial center layout are: geographical location and traffic, population scale and density, policy planning, consumption behavior habit; The existing problems are as follows: the layout of commercial center is not balanced, the commercial core is confined to the traditional urban area, and the commercial development of other blocks is relatively slow; The internal structure of business center is not reasonable; The environment of commercial space consumption restricts the development of commercial center; In view of the influence mechanism and existing problems of Zhengzhou city commercial center, the following suggestions are put forward: the commercial center development and the city development coordinate, the space layout and the road network structure coordinate; The commercial center develops the characteristic superiority, the commercial space mold pays attention to the mixed nature; Improve the shopping environment in the commercial center.
