【摘要】:我国大中城市土地资源日益紧张,随着轨道交通的全面发展,站点周边地下空间开发已经成为拓展城市空间的重要手段。在这样的研究背景下,探寻科学的地铁站点地下公共空间选址问题及空间组织模式变得的必要而迫切。香港作为亚洲地区土地资源稀缺的典型地区,依托发达的地铁交通系统,在地铁站点周边开发了大量的地下空间,其地下空间组织与利用的方式值得我国其他地区借鉴与学习。本研究旨在以香港地铁站点地下公共空间为实证研究对象,梳理其在区位及空间组织方面所蕴含的特征,并探索影响特征产生的因素,为我国大城市地铁站点地下公共空间规划建设提供参考和依据。本文采用逻辑推导与实证研究相结合的研究思路展开讨论。首先,利用城市公共空间、地下空间、地下站点空间等概念,建立本文所研究“地体站点地下公共空间”的基本概念。然后,梳理国内外相关基础理论及研究成果,拟定可能对地铁站点地下公共空间产生影响的因素以此作为实证研究的理论基础。最后,结合香港地铁站点地下公共空间的实际情况梳理其区位、建设规模、功能构成及空间布局特征,在此基础上分析区位的影响因素并提炼出单功能星状、单功能树状、多功能树状与多功能网状等四类空间组织模式,并结合外部环境特征探析各种模式的适用范围。探寻地铁站点地下公共空间选址及空间组织模式的特点及其影响因素,对于实现我国在可持续发展策略下,使地下公共空间的效能得到充分的发挥具有中的意义。
[Abstract]:China's large and medium-sized city land resources increasingly tense, with the full development of rail transportation, the site surrounding the development of underground space has become an important means to expand the city space. In such a background, necessary to explore subway station underground public space science location and spatial organization model and become urgent. As the scarcity of land resources in the typical area of Hongkong in Asia, the subway traffic system based on the well developed, a large number of development of underground space in the nearby subway station, the underground space organization and utilization in China other areas worthy of reference and learning. The purpose of this study is to take Hongkong subway station underground public space as the research object, combing the implication in terms of location and space the characteristics of the organization, and to explore the factors influencing the characteristics of the big city of China's subway station underground public space planning and construction to provide reference On the basis of test and research ideas. This paper adopts logical deduction and empirical discussion. First of all, the city public space, underground space, underground space concept site, the basic concept of "body site of underground public space" is established in this paper. Then, combing the domestic and foreign relevant theories and research results. Intended factors may have an impact on the subway station of underground public space as the theoretical basis of empirical research. Finally, combined with the Hongkong subway station underground public space of the actual situation of combing the location, construction scale, function structure and spatial distribution, based on the analysis of factors affecting location and extract the single function stellate, single function tree, tree multi function and multi function network four types of spatial organization model, and combined with the scope of external environment on the characteristics of the various modes of theheuristic subway station. The characteristics and influencing factors of site selection and spatial organization mode of underground public space are of great significance to achieve the full play of underground public space under the strategy of sustainable development.
