成都市国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑能耗调查与节能措施研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济发展,我国能源消费总量普遍高于能源生产总量,供不应求的矛盾尤为突出,在我国能源问题日益紧迫的今天,研究节能问题意义十分重大。为了掌握成都市建筑用能状况,研究相应的节能措施。本文对成都市国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑基本信息和能耗信息进行现场调查、数据分析,,揭示了成都国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑能耗的基本特征。结合成都地区的气候特点,提出适宜成都地区气候特点的节能改造措施。通过调查,分析了成都市既有建筑节能改造存在的问题,提出了解决问题的相关对策。 结果表明,成都市既有国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑的各类分项电耗中,各类建筑的照明用电占有比例都是最大;国家机关办公建筑的单位面积年电耗为42.39kWh/(a·m2),气耗为1.80m3/(a·m2),水耗为1.02t/(a·m2),大型公共建筑的单位面积加权平均年电耗为77.73kWh/(a·m2),气耗为4.73m3/(a·m2),水耗为1.30t/(a·m2);国家机关办公建筑单位面积年均能耗为16.17kgce/(a·m2),大型公共建筑单位面积年均能耗加权平均为31.40kgce/(a·m2)(电力和天然气分别按0.3300kgce/kWh、1.2143kgce/m3折算成标准煤);各类建筑能耗约为夏热冬冷地区其他城市的19%~85%;对于节能改造措施,首先针对照明系统和门窗系统,其次是空调系统,不建议对建筑物的外墙墙体保温进行节能改造。 本研究对成都地区的建筑节能相关研究工作具有参考价值,同时,研究结果对成都地区国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑的节能改造具有一定的指导性意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, China's total energy consumption is generally higher than the total energy production, supply contradiction is particularly prominent in our country, the energy problem is more and more urgent today, on such great significance. In order to understand the energy situation of Chengdu city construction, energy saving measures of the corresponding. This paper conducted field investigations in Chengdu state office buildings and large public buildings energy consumption information basic information and data analysis, the basic characteristics of energy consumption in Chengdu reveals the state organ office buildings and large public buildings. Combined with the climate characteristics of Chengdu region, put forward energy-saving measures for regional climate characteristics of Chengdu. Through the investigation and analysis of Chengdu city of existing building energy saving problem and put forward relevant countermeasures to solve the problems.
The results show that the current Chengdu state organ office buildings and large public buildings of various power consumption in all types of building lighting electricity proportion is the largest unit area of office buildings; annual power consumption is 42.39kWh/ (a - m2), the gas consumption is 1.80m3/ (a - m2), water consumption is 1.02t/ (a - m2), per unit area of large public buildings weighted average power consumption is 77.73kWh/ (a - m2), the gas consumption is 4.73m3/ (a - m2), water consumption is 1.30t/ (a - m2); office buildings for the average annual energy consumption per unit area of 16.17kgce/ (a - m2), the average annual energy consumption per unit of large public construction area weighted average 31.40kgce/ (a - m2) (electricity and natural gas respectively, according to 0.3300kgce/kWh, 1.2143kgce/m3 converted into standard coal); all types of building energy consumption is about other city in hot summer and cold winter area 19%~85%; for energy-saving measures, the first for the lighting system and window system, secondly It is an air conditioning system, and it is not recommended to save energy for the insulation of the wall wall of the building.
This research has a reference value for the related research work of building energy efficiency in Chengdu area. Meanwhile, the research results have certain guiding significance for energy saving reconstruction of office buildings and large public buildings in Chengdu area.
