【摘要】:公共照明是公共机构能耗的重要方面,对公共照明进行节能有助于解决我国资源量缺乏和社会发展高能耗间的矛盾。道路照明做为公共照明中的主要方面,具有能源用量大能效低的特点,做为道路交通设施又影响着人们道路交通安全,近几年来节假日免费交通带来拥堵和夜间通行的问题更加突显了道路照明对交通安全的影响作用。智能交通系统已经广泛应用,,可以提供反应人们日常行为特征的有效数据。合理地利用智能交通数据进行照明控制和能效评价,有利于挖掘公共照明节能潜力,在节能的同时提供满意的照明服务保证交通安全。 本文研究面向公共照明的能效评价,建立基于智能交通的公共照明控制节能模型,对公共照明节能控制进行优化,在节能的同时满足照明需求。本文主要包括以下几方面工作: (1)通过公共照明系统在用能、管理和控制方面的结构特点,初步确定了能效评价对象,同时分析了公众受交通、天气、时间等因素影响下的照明需求,通过对智能交通数据源的数据请求和异构数据的解析与处理,构建公共照明能效评价指标,利用现有数据资源进行公共照明的能效评价。 (2)结合公共照明节能问题的特点,为满足对公共照明的需求建立基于能效信息的节能模型;结合公共照明运行的特点,建立基于能效信息预测的节能模型,从而在公共照明领域实现智能照明;分析公共照明节能问题的灰色特点,设计基于灰色系统预测的公共照明节能优化算法并进行实验,对比不同的模型更新策略对预测误差率的影响。 (3)在上述能效评价和预测能效节能等工作的基础上,对公共照明节能系统进行需求分析,设计系统主要功能,设计智能交通的数据请求处理流程,设计公共照明能效评价流程,设计基于灰色系统预测能效的公共照明节能优化流程,设计用于实现系统功能的数据库。 (4)对设计的公共照明节能系统进行实现,具有照明分组基础信息管理、能效指标管理、交通数据管理和控制策略管理等功能,应用本文研究的基于能效评价及能效预测控制节能技术,利用地图在数据展示操作方面的直观性提供友好的交互界面,对实现的系统功能设计用例进行测试。
[Abstract]:Public lighting is an important aspect of energy consumption in public institutions. Energy saving of public lighting is helpful to solve the contradiction between lack of resources and high energy consumption in social development. Road lighting is the main aspect of public lighting. With the characteristics of large energy consumption, low energy efficiency, as a road traffic facilities and affect people's road traffic safety. In recent years, the problem of traffic congestion and night traffic caused by free traffic during holidays has highlighted the impact of road lighting on traffic safety. Intelligent Transportation system (its) has been widely used. It can provide effective data reflecting the characteristics of people's daily behavior, and reasonably use intelligent traffic data for lighting control and energy efficiency evaluation, which is helpful to tap the potential of public lighting energy conservation. At the same time to provide satisfactory lighting services to ensure traffic safety. In this paper, the energy efficiency evaluation for public lighting is studied, and the energy-saving model of public lighting control based on intelligent transportation is established to optimize the energy-saving control of public lighting. This paper mainly includes the following aspects: 1) through the structural characteristics of energy use, management and control of public lighting system, the evaluation object of energy efficiency is preliminarily determined, and the lighting demand of the public affected by traffic, weather, time and other factors is analyzed at the same time. Based on the analysis and processing of the data request and heterogeneous data of intelligent transportation data source, the energy efficiency evaluation index of public lighting is constructed, and the energy efficiency evaluation of public lighting is carried out by using the existing data resources. (2) combining the characteristics of energy saving of public lighting, the energy saving model based on energy efficiency information is established to meet the demand of public lighting. Based on the characteristics of public lighting operation, an energy saving model based on energy efficiency information prediction is established to realize intelligent lighting in the field of public lighting. This paper analyzes the grey characteristics of public lighting energy saving problem, designs the optimization algorithm of public lighting energy saving based on grey system prediction and carries out experiments, and compares the influence of different model updating strategies on prediction error rate. Based on the work of energy efficiency evaluation and energy efficiency prediction, this paper analyzes the demand of public lighting energy saving system, designs the main functions of the system, and designs the process of data request processing for intelligent transportation. The evaluation process of public lighting energy efficiency is designed, the optimization process of public lighting energy efficiency based on grey system prediction is designed, and the database is designed to realize the function of the system. The system has the functions of basic information management of lighting grouping, energy efficiency index management, traffic data management and control strategy management and so on. Based on the energy efficiency evaluation and energy efficiency prediction control technology studied in this paper, a friendly interactive interface is provided by using the visualization of map data presentation operation, and the system function design use case is tested.
