【摘要】:数字技术的发展带来了建筑行业新的变革,建筑师不断改变着设计的思考和行为方法。而建筑表皮作为当代建筑设计中最重要的技术及艺术表达,一直为当代建筑师所关注。以复杂科学和数字技术为依托的当代建筑表皮,其形式呈现越来越丰富的多样性和复杂性,而这一现象使得表皮的设计与建造必须统一考虑,脱离这一原则的形式创造只是纸上空谈,由此表皮的生成即设计与建造的无缝结合成为必然趋势。在建筑表皮的实践中不断思考其背后的构成逻辑,探索复杂表皮形式的生成机制,是适应新时代设计要求的一种积极努力。 本文通过对大量建筑表皮形式的整理分析,并结合对国内外一些著名数字建筑师实验与理论的调查研究,旨在以数字化技术的视角来浅析建筑表皮设计与建造相结合的生成逻辑。论文内容主要涉及建筑表皮的概念界定,数字化生成的基本涵义,数控加工技术的介绍,表皮生成方法的来源与发展等等。着重论述了四种具有代表性的建筑表皮生成方法,分别是截面法、镶嵌法、折叠法、三维数控塑形法。结合对案例的研究分析,对每种生成方法的形式特点、应用特征以及在实践中的变异进行了展开讨论。并在量案例总结分析的基础上将每种生成方法做进一步的细分。这些生成方法的具体细分之间既有形式上的差别也有技术操作上的共同之处,在数字化设计当中遵循共同的算法逻辑。 本文的总结虽不能涵盖所有建筑表皮的生成实践,但四种方法都具有一定的典型性和代表性。研究这些方法的目的在于提供一种表皮设计或者建造思路上的参考,也为其他研究人员进行表皮生成研究提供一个方向、一种视角。
[Abstract]:The development of digital technology has brought new changes in the construction industry, architects are constantly changing the design thinking and behavior methods, and architectural skin as the most important technical and artistic expression in contemporary architectural design. The contemporary architectural epidermis, which is based on complex science and digital technology, has always been concerned by contemporary architects. Its forms are becoming more and more diverse and complex. And this phenomenon makes the design and construction of the skin must be considered in a unified way, the form of creation without this principle is just empty talk on paper. Therefore, the seamless combination of design and construction becomes an inevitable trend. In the practice of building epidermis, we constantly think about the formation logic behind it, and explore the formation mechanism of complex epidermis. It is an active effort to meet the requirements of new era design. In this paper, a large number of architectural epidermis form analysis, and combined with a number of famous digital architects at home and abroad experimental and theoretical investigation and research. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the logic of building epidermis design and construction from the perspective of digital technology. The content of this paper mainly involves the definition of architectural epidermis and the basic meaning of digital generation. The introduction of NC machining technology, the origin and development of the method of skin formation, etc. Four representative methods of building epidermis formation are discussed, namely section method, mosaic method and folding method. Three-dimensional numerical control molding method. Combined with the case study and analysis, the form characteristics of each generation method. The applied features and the variation in practice are discussed. Based on the quantitative case analysis, each generation method is further subdivided. There are formal differences between the specific subdivision of these generation methods. There is also technical common ground. The common algorithm logic is followed in digital design. Although the summary of this paper can not cover all the building epidermis production practice. However, the four methods are typical and representative. The purpose of these methods is to provide a reference for the design or construction of epidermis. It also provides a direction and perspective for other researchers to study epidermis formation.
