【摘要】:随着Internet网络技术和通信技术的迅猛发展,在工业网络中应用Internet已经成为了工业发展的必然趋势。通过Internet网络技术的控制系统可以把监控人员与生产现场相隔离,很大程度的提高工业生产效率,并且使工人的工作环境得到了很好的改善,同时满足了生产企业对大规模生产的安全性要求和对恶劣环境下生产过程控制的可靠性需求。本文是针对基于Internet分布式区域供暖信息系统进行的设计和研究,利用Internet来实现对计算机的远程监控和现场控制计算机的正常通信,并且完成数据采集、数据传输和供暖的远程控制。本文概述了分布式供暖信息系统的发展现状,介绍了区域供暖相关的数据计算参数以及分布式区域供暖信息系统的网络控制系统的各种模块、软硬件体系结构等,并详细的阐述了系统的总体结构设计思想、PID调节算法、网络通信技术的开发、数据结构以及各功能模块的实现过程等。本信息系统的现场控制模块采用PLC控制,通过PLC中PID控制模块对锅炉供暖温度进行闭环控制,通过PLC采集锅炉供暖的温度信息。本信息系统利用面向对象的编程技术和Windows Sockets技术实现计算机之间的通信,通过Internet远程计算机控制供暖过程。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet network technology and communication technology, the application of Internet in industrial networks has become the inevitable trend of industrial development. The control system of Internet network technology can separates the monitoring personnel and production field, improve the industrial production efficiency greatly, and the working environment was improved at the same time, to meet the requirements of safety production enterprises of the mass production and production process control of reliability requirements under harsh environment. This paper is based on the design and research for Internet distributed district heating information system based on normal communication, to realize the remote monitoring and control computer to computer by Internet, and complete the data acquisition, remote control data transmission and heating. This paper summarizes the current development of distributed heating information system, this paper introduces regional All data related to the calculation module of heating network control system parameters and the distributed district heating information system, hardware and software architecture, and a detailed description of the system architecture design ideas, PID algorithm, the development of network communication technology, data structure and function modules of the implementation process. The site information system the control module is controlled by PLC, through the PLC PID control module for the closed-loop control of the boiler heating temperature, the temperature information collected by PLC. The boiler heating communication information system between computers using object-oriented programming technology and Windows Sockets technology, by controlling the heating process of the remote computer Internet.
