武汉“西班牙步行街”公共空间公共活动研究

【摘要】:随着城市建设的不断发展,商业地产在城市中的比重不断增大,商业街逐渐全球化。在人们物质水平不断提高的前提下,购物已成为人们的主要休闲方式之一。商业步行街不仅禁止了车行,而且减弱了噪音干扰,营造了良好的的购物环境,其必然成为人们购物休闲的好去处。商业步行街外部空间作为消费空间,是城市公共空间的一部分,承载着城市公共活动。在商业步行街中,通过研究其外部公共空间内所发生的活动,从而研究在城市公共空间缺乏或不足的情况下,在商业空间中人们自发组织的公共活动,,是城市公共空间研究中值得关注的一点。 本文从武汉西班牙步行街公共空间和公共活动着手,通过文献阅读、现场调研、图解分析等方法,以环境心理学相关理论作为辅助进行研究。首先研究西班牙步行街的现状,包括建设情况和使用情况。其次研究西班牙步行街外部公共空间,包括公共空间的类型和层次,然后研究公共空间中发生的公共活动,包括商业街中的商业活动和非商业活动,及其公共活动的类型及特点。最后分析外部公共空间和其中所发生的公共活动之间的关系,从而提出调研分析所得到的结果:西班牙步行街外部空间中的公共活动不仅存在着商业活动,也包含着一些人们自发组织的非商业活动。同时得出结论:在城市公共空间缺乏或不足时,人们会自发地抵制商业空间,在商业空间中组织进行公共活动。进而对今后商业街外部空间设计提出一些建议和意见。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of urban construction, the proportion of commercial real estate in the city is increasing, and the commercial street is gradually globalizing. Shopping has become one of the main leisure ways. Commercial pedestrian street not only prohibited the car shop, but also reduced the noise interference, and created a good shopping environment. The outer space of commercial pedestrian street, as a consumption space, is a part of urban public space, carrying urban public activities. By studying the activities occurring in the external public space, this paper studies the public activities organized spontaneously by people in the commercial space when the urban public space is lacking or insufficient. It is a point worth paying attention to in the study of urban public space. This paper starts with the public space and public activities of the Spanish pedestrian street in Wuhan, through literature reading, on-the-spot investigation, graphic analysis and other methods. Firstly, the current situation of the Spanish pedestrian street, including the construction and use, and the external public space of the Spanish pedestrian street are studied. Including the types and levels of public space, and then study the public activities in public space, including commercial activities and non-commercial activities in the commercial street. And the types and characteristics of public activities. Finally, the relationship between the external public space and the public activities occurring in it is analyzed. The results obtained from the investigation and analysis are as follows: there are not only commercial activities in the outer space of the Spanish pedestrian street. It also contains some non-commercial activities organized by people spontaneously. At the same time, it is concluded that when urban public space is lacking or insufficient, people will spontaneously resist commercial space. To organize the public activities in the commercial space, and then put forward some suggestions and opinions on the design of the outer space of the commercial street in the future.
