基于电流信号的电梯运行状态监测终端研发

【摘要】:近年来,随着中国经济和社会的快速发展,特别是城镇化进程的加快,电梯保有量迅猛增长。作为一种与人民群众生命安全息息相关的垂直运输设备,它的可靠、安全运行受到广泛关注。目前,维护保养公司的定期维修保养和质量监管部门的定期检测检验是保障电梯运行安全重要组成部分。随着电梯数量快速增长与维护管理人手紧缺之间的矛盾日益突出,如何及时发现电梯安全隐患,并采取有效的措施加以防范处理,成为电梯监管部门、维护保养单位和使用单位等多方必须共同面对的课题。多个城市的试点运行表明:电梯运行状态监测装置为提高电梯运行安全做了有意义的探索,特别是在提高电梯在发生紧急状况时的救援速度方面发挥了积极作用。 论文主要工作包括:①分析现有电梯安全监管模式存在的突出问题及其发展趋势;分析了电梯安全监测技术的国内外研究进展,所研究结论对于现有电梯运行安全监测技术及电梯运行状态监管模式等存在的问题的解决具有重要的指导价值。②提出基于电流信号的电梯运行状态监测方法及相关理论,介绍了基于电流信号的非接触式电梯运行状态监测方式,研究了基于电梯主电路电流信号的电梯运行状态监测方法。研究有助于对电梯运行状态的实时主动监测;③开发了基于电流的电梯运行状态监测终端。在分析终端设计要求的基础上,,采用先进传感、GPRS通信、高性能信号处理等新技术,开发基于电流信号的电梯运行状态监测终端,实现对运行过程中电梯运行状态的实时监测,为建立集监测、预测、诊断、控制和管理决策于一体的电梯安全监控新模式奠定基础。在对终端硬件进行标定的基础上,结合远程监测平台,对电梯运行状态远程监测系统作了实验研究。测试实验表明,终端可实现对电梯多种运行状态的实时监测,当电梯发生故障时,可及时向指定的管理人员发送报警信息。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy and society, especially the acceleration of urbanization, elevator ownership has increased rapidly. As a vertical transportation equipment, it is closely related to people's lives and safety. Its reliable and safe operation has received extensive attention. At present. The periodic repair and maintenance of the maintenance company and the regular inspection and inspection of the quality supervision department are the important parts of ensuring the safety of the elevator operation. With the rapid increase in the number of elevators and the shortage of maintenance and management personnel, the contradiction between the number of elevators is increasing. Out. How to discover the hidden trouble of elevator safety in time and take effective measures to prevent and deal with it become the supervision department of elevator. The pilot operation in many cities shows that the elevator operating condition monitoring device has made a meaningful exploration to improve the elevator operation safety. In particular, elevators play an active role in improving the rescue speed in emergency situations. The main work of this paper is to analyze the outstanding problems and the development trend of the existing elevator safety supervision mode. The research progress of elevator safety monitoring technology at home and abroad is analyzed. The conclusion has important guiding value for the existing elevator operation safety monitoring technology and elevator operating state supervision mode. 2. The method of elevator running state monitoring based on current signal is put forward. Relevant theory. This paper introduces a non-contact elevator running condition monitoring method based on current signal. The monitoring method of elevator running state based on the current signal of elevator main circuit is studied, which is helpful to the real-time active monitoring of elevator running state. (3) the elevator operating state monitoring terminal based on current is developed. On the basis of analyzing the design requirements of the terminal, new technologies such as advanced sensor GPRS communication and high performance signal processing are adopted. The elevator running state monitoring terminal based on the current signal is developed to realize the real-time monitoring of the elevator running state in the course of operation to set up the monitoring prediction and diagnosis. The new mode of elevator safety monitoring, which integrates control and management decision, lays the foundation. On the basis of calibrating the terminal hardware, the remote monitoring platform is combined. The test results show that the terminal can realize the real-time monitoring of the elevator running state, when the elevator breaks down. Can send alarm message to designated manager in time.
