基础加固方法的研究与实际工程应用

【摘要】:近年来,随着经济的飞速发展,城市中原来的低层建筑,诸如住宅,办公楼等,已经无法满足目前生产和生活的需要。而且土地资源正在日渐减少,因此,对旧房屋进行加层改造成为使这些建筑物继续发挥其功能的重要手段,这种做法既节约了资源又可以在一定程度上缓解用房紧张的问题,有着广阔的应用前景。所以需要对这些建筑物进行扩建、加层以及加固改造。 而在实际中的许多工程中,往往都是重视上部结构的加固处理,而对地基基础的加固处理不予以重视,造成在实际的使用中引起地基基础的不均匀沉降,影响了建筑物的安全使用。因此,对实际的工程,研究有效的地基基础加固处理方案,具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。 本文在已有的地基基础加固改造技术研究成果的基础上,归纳总结了各种不同的地基基础加固方法的优缺点及其适用范围,并且针对合肥某高校教学楼家加层加固的实际工程,先初步确定几种加固方法。 确定加固方法之后,通过理论计算,在满足地基承载力的条件下对每一种方法提出若干种方案,并且运用Midas/GTS有限元分析软件对该工程的工程地质和加固前后的沉降情况进行模拟。 本次分析研究共三个基础加固方法,包含16个小方案,通过Midas/GTS软件依次进行模拟,通过对地基位移图的分析、承载力的校核、基础沉降数据的采集,最后将得到的数据进行不同类别的分析对比,结合实际的因素最终选出最适合本工程的加固方法。 通过以上的研究表明,本工种采用方形混凝土预制桩和圆形开口钢管桩,改变桩长对加固后的效果影响比较大,改变桩径和桩边长虽然提高桩的极限承载力,但是提高的承载力并没有全部发挥。如采用扩大基础的方法,增加基础尺寸,加固效果均有提升,但是当基础尺寸达到一定值时,加固效果的提升不明显。 上述研究的成果对既有建、构筑物地基基础加固处理方案的研究,,将对类似工程的地基基础加固处理有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, the original low-rise buildings in cities, such as housing, office buildings, have been unable to meet the needs of production and living. The addition of storeys to old houses has become an important means for these buildings to continue to perform their functions, which not only saves resources but also alleviates the shortage of housing to a certain extent. These buildings need to be expanded, storied and reinforced. In many practical projects, the reinforcement of the superstructure is often attached importance to, but the reinforcement of the foundation is not attached importance to, resulting in the actual use of uneven settlement of the foundation. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the effective foundation reinforcement scheme for practical engineering. Based on the existing research results of foundation reinforcement and reconstruction technology, this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of different foundation reinforcement methods and their applicable scope. In view of the practical project of strengthening a teaching building in Hefei, several reinforcement methods are preliminarily determined. After the reinforcement method is determined, through theoretical calculation, several schemes are proposed for each method under the condition of satisfying the bearing capacity of the foundation. Midas/GTS finite element analysis software is used to simulate the engineering geology and settlement before and after reinforcement. This analysis and study of three foundation reinforcement methods, including 16 small projects, through the Midas/GTS software in turn to simulate, through the analysis of the foundation displacement map, the bearing capacity of the check. Finally, the data of foundation settlement are collected, and the data are analyzed and compared in different categories. Finally, the reinforcement method that is most suitable for this project is selected according to the actual factors. According to the above research, square concrete prefabricated pile and circular open steel pipe pile are adopted in this work. Changing the length of pile has a great effect on the effect of reinforcement, and changing the diameter and side length of pile can improve the ultimate bearing capacity of pile. However, the improved bearing capacity is not given full play. If the method of expanding foundation is adopted, the reinforcement effect can be improved by increasing the size of foundation, but when the size of foundation reaches a certain value, the improvement of reinforcement effect is not obvious. The results mentioned above will be of some reference value to the study of foundation reinforcement schemes of existing structures and structures, and will be helpful to the foundation strengthening and treatment of similar projects.
