蒿里山历史文化景区规划设计研究

【摘要】：坐落在泰山脚下的蒿里山是中国鬼神文化的象征,是封禅文化的重要组成部分。由于土地利用不充分考虑蒿里山作为城市景观的绿色核心的具体因素,限制了蒿里山景观和文化价值的充分发挥,造成了“建设性的破坏”或“破坏性的建设”,丧失了山地景观原有的鲜明个性和地方特色。再加上城市面貌日新月异的发展所导致的绿色空间狭小,环境资源紧张,环境恶化的滞后等问题,城市景观建设中迫切需要合理的景观规划和指导的理论和方法来解决城市—生态—文化—人之间的矛盾。因此,研究蒿里山景观规划设计,对于蒿里山文脉的发掘和泰山景观序列的保护与发展具有重要的现实意义和历史文化意义。本论文通过借鉴国内外建设经验以及园林景观设计领域的理念和手法,基于蒿里山独特的地形特征与自然生态条件,分析蒿里山独特的历史文脉和当前该地段的综合情况,提出蒿里山景观规划的设计理念和原则,将蒿里山的历史文化脉络与其空间结构特征紧密结合提出合理的蒿里山景区规划设计,为丰富泰安城市特色提供科学的依据。按史料记载恢复蒿里山原有的建筑,如文峰塔和祭祖坛等,保留传统的文化特色。同时,对蒿里山山体进行保护,杜绝公共卫生、公共安全等隐患。从体量、风格、材料等方面对蒿里山周围的建筑进行规划建设,重现蒿里山的景观特色。规划后的基地周边建筑以低矮为主,使得蒿里山与城市公共空间之间形成良好的视通走廊。地段内用地性质将多样但合理,交通状况得到缓解,蒿里山传统的“三重空间”的地域文化特色将得到充分体现。
[Abstract]:The Artemisia Mountain located at the foot of Mount Tai is a symbol of Chinese ghost culture and an important part of the culture of Feng Zen. Due to the insufficient consideration of the specific factors of the Artemisia Mountain as the green core of the urban landscape due to land use. It limits the full play of the landscape and cultural value of Artemisia, resulting in "constructive destruction" or "destructive construction". Lost the original distinctive personality and local characteristics of mountain landscape, plus the rapid development of the city appearance caused by the small green space, environmental resources tension, environmental degradation lag and so on. The theory and method of reasonable landscape planning and guidance are urgently needed in the construction of urban landscape to solve the contradiction between city, ecology, culture and people. Therefore, the landscape planning and design of Artemisia Mountain is studied. It is of great realistic significance and historical and cultural significance to excavate the context of Artemisia Mountain and to protect and develop the landscape sequence of Mount Tai. This paper draws lessons from the experience of construction at home and abroad as well as the ideas and techniques in the field of landscape design. . Based on the unique topographic features and natural ecological conditions of Artemisia Mountain, this paper analyzes the unique historical context of Artemisia Mountain and the comprehensive situation of the area at present, and puts forward the design concept and principles of the landscape planning of Artemisia Mountain. The historical and cultural context of Artemisia Mountain and its spatial structure features are closely combined to put forward a reasonable planning and design of the Scenic spot of Artemisia. In order to enrich the urban characteristics of Tai'an to provide scientific basis. According to historical records to restore the original buildings of Artemisia Mountain such as Wenfeng Tower and altar to worship ancestors and so on to retain the traditional cultural characteristics. At the same time to protect the mountain body of Artemisia. Put an end to public health, public safety and other hidden dangers. From the volume, style, materials and other aspects of the construction of the Artemisia Hill surrounding planning and construction, to reproduce the landscape characteristics of Artemisia Mountain. Make the Artemisia Mountain and urban public space between the formation of a good visual corridor. The nature of land in the lot will be diverse but reasonable traffic conditions have been alleviated. The regional cultural characteristics of the traditional "triple space" in Artemisia Mountain will be fully reflected.
