中铁EY公司国际化经营战略研究

【摘要】:中国中铁股份有限公司是我国基本建设设计施工领域里的龙头企业,经营规模已进入全球500强,企业品牌价值也已进入世界500强,并成功在香港和内地整体上市,目前在全球建筑业最大承包商中位列第四,亚洲第一。而EY有限责任公司是总公司下属的勘察、设计、咨询大型企业。中铁EY公司实施国际化经营战略是适应经济全球化的必然选择;是落实股份公司和中铁EY公司总体发展战略的必然要求;是保持中铁EY公司竞争优势的现实需要;是加快与国际接轨的重要途径。通过对国际发展环境、行业环境以及中铁EY公司国际化经营现状优劣势的分析。笔者认为公司的经营范围及核心产品上,因以基础设施建设为主,在更高层次上、更广领域里多元覆盖的产业格局。在区域目标市场上,因在2014开始全面开拓非洲市场,扩大亚洲地区的市场份额,大力开发拉美和大洋洲市场。从而形成“大海外”的经营布局,同时逐步完善和完成海外经营点的布局。最后为了保证公司国际化经营战略目标的成功实现,公司确定了以准确合理定位,再造国际经营流程;强化主业,产生整合效应,构建多元国际化经营格局;创新经营模式,实现业务升级;加快培养国际化经营人才步伐,强化项目管理团队建设;建立健全国际化经营管理机制;提高业务和项目管理水平;承担社会责任,促进企业和谐发展为主的保障措施。
