既有工业建筑民用化绿色改造设计策略研究

【摘要】:随着中国城市化进程加快,城市规模的不断扩大,改变了原有城市功能格局,旧城区在新城市发展的冲击下,不断拆除重建,严重影响了社会环境的可持续发展。在当前土地资源紧缺,人均粮食短缺的情况下,国家最新出台“十二五”计划中,鼓励推动既有建筑绿色改造再利用,,这是避免城市发展大拆大建过渡土地资源浪费的有效途径之一。因此既有工业用地随着城市新规划的发展功能开始转变,原有工业纷纷迁往城市新的工业园区,导致一片片的工业用地荒废,未来发展何去何从已成为建筑界关注的一个重要课题。 本文在既有工业建筑改造利用研究的基础上,重点研究分析既有工业建筑民用化改造中与绿色建筑技术相结合的绿色改造。通过对合肥既有工业建筑存在现状实地调查研究分析,以及国内其它城市既有工业建筑非绿色化成功改造案例调研分析,提出既有工业建筑改造中存在的问题。并且针对国内成功改造案例分析对比研究,并结合查阅相关理论研究探索出一套既有工业建筑民用化绿色改造策略方法。全文主体分为四个部分:第一部分为第一章,重点阐述了既有工业建筑民用化绿色改造背景、研究意义、国内外研究情况及相关概念界定;第二部分为第二章到第三章,通过走访调研重点分析既有工业建筑民用化绿色改造现状,对苏州设计研究院和深圳南海意库两个既有工业建筑绿色改造成功案例的改造策略、方法及使用后评价方面进行深入的分析研究。两者进行对比分析得出两种改造优缺点,阐述既有工业建筑民用化绿色改造必要性;第三部分为第四章到第五章,结合上述分析研究总结出既有工业建筑民用化绿色改造主要要素,并通过分析归纳得出一套绿色改造的基本目标、原则、步骤、实施分方法和策略;最后一部分为第六章,依托上文分析结合实际案例概念性设计分析,对提出改造策略进行验证。 因此,本文是基于对国内成功改造案例分析研究的基础上,探索我国既有工业绿色化改造方法,从实践中得出理论,理论再应用与实践。将既有工业建筑民用化改造与绿色建筑设计共同点相融合,针对不同地域气候,并伴随既有工业建筑特殊代表性,在更多学科配合下交叉研究出一套实施策略,希望在保证既有工业建筑历史价值精神传承的前提下,能够达到绿色建筑评价标准,实现工业建筑良好的二次生命使用周期,并最终能对今后既有建筑绿色化改造方法策略及其评估体系有一定的帮助参考。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of China's urbanization process and the continuous expansion of urban scale, the original urban function pattern has been changed. Under the impact of the development of new cities, the old urban areas are constantly dismantled and rebuilt. Serious impact on the sustainable development of the social environment. In the current land resources shortage, per capita food shortage, the state recently issued the "12th Five-Year Plan" to encourage green reconstruction and reuse of existing buildings. This is one of the effective ways to avoid the waste of land resources in urban development, so the existing industrial land has changed with the development function of the new urban planning, and the original industries have moved to the new industrial parks in cities. Leading to the wasteland of industrial land, the future development has become an important issue in the construction industry. This paper is based on the existing research on the reconstruction and utilization of industrial buildings. Focus on the analysis of the existing industrial buildings in the civil transformation and green building technology combined with the green transformation. Through the existing industrial buildings in Hefei field investigation and analysis. As well as other cities existing industrial buildings of non-green successful transformation of the case investigation and analysis, put forward the existing problems in the transformation of existing industrial buildings, and domestic successful transformation of the case analysis and comparative study. And combined with the relevant theoretical research to explore a set of existing industrial buildings for civilian green transformation methods. The main body of this paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the first chapter. The background, research significance, domestic and foreign research situation and definition of related concepts of green transformation of existing industrial buildings for civil use are emphatically expounded. The second part is the second chapter to the third chapter, through a visit to focus on the analysis of the existing industrial buildings for civilian green transformation status. The transformation strategy of two successful cases of green transformation of existing industrial buildings in Suzhou Design and Research Institute and Shenzhen Nanhai Italian Library. The method and the post-use evaluation are analyzed deeply. The advantages and disadvantages of the two revamping are compared and analyzed, and the necessity of the green transformation of the existing industrial buildings for civil use is expounded. The third part is 4th to 5th chapters, combined with the above analysis and research summed up the existing industrial buildings for civil green transformation of the main elements, and through the analysis of a set of basic objectives of green transformation, principles, steps. Implementation of sub-methods and strategies; The last part is 6th chapter, based on the above analysis combined with the actual case conceptual design analysis to verify the proposed transformation strategy. Therefore, this paper is based on the domestic successful transformation of the case study on the basis of the exploration of existing industrial green transformation methods, from the practice of the theory. Theory and practice. The existing industrial building civil transformation and green building design common ground fusion, according to different regional climate, and accompanied by the existing industrial architecture special representative. Under the cooperation of more disciplines cross-study a set of implementation strategies in the hope of ensuring the heritage of the historical value of existing industrial buildings under the premise of the green building evaluation standards can be achieved. To realize the good secondary life cycle of industrial buildings, and finally to provide some helpful reference to the green transformation methods and evaluation system of existing buildings in the future.
