中国建筑西北设计研究院建筑能源管理研究

【摘要】:我国是全球能源消耗和进口大国。尤其是随着我国房地产行业的快速增长,建筑能耗几乎占全国总能耗的三分之一。节约能源、降低建筑能耗已成为社会关注的焦点问题。因此,从宏观和微观层面研究建筑能源管理对我国实现能源的可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。 论文在国内外建筑能源管理研究的基础上,通过对中国建筑西北设计研究院有限公司(下文称:西北院)建筑能耗及管理实地调研,结合现有的建筑能源管理理论,分析了西北院能源管理发展现状和能耗特点,探讨了西北院建筑能源管理上存在的突出问题、体制障碍以及建筑高能耗的原因。基于此,分析了西北院典型能耗管理系统的设计难题、能耗状况及节能问题,并针对典型能耗系统构建了解决其节能问题的具体方案。提出了有效突破能源管理障碍的具体措施和实施方案。通过对西北院建筑能耗历史数据的分析并考虑企业未来若干年的发展,建立了西北院公共建筑能耗参考模型和公共建筑能源管理监测平台,针对西北院建筑能耗的实际问题及解决方案构建了西北院建筑能源管理系统。初步估算该能源管理系统的实施,,可使西北院的建筑能耗在原有的基础上降低30%左右,同时也会在一定程度上降低环境污染,真正有利于西北院建筑节能目标的达成。 文章仅从理论、调研、假设和模型等等的角度来分析问题、解决问题是不够全面的,能源管理系统是否能达到预期的效果,还需在日常的节能工作中不断的结合实际情况,优化管理流程,提高管理效率,攻克管理难题,这样才能真正达到管理的实际目标。
[Abstract]:China is a global energy consumption and import country, especially with the rapid growth of China's real estate industry, building energy consumption accounts for almost 1/3 of the total energy consumption in China. Reducing building energy consumption has become the focus of social concern. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study building energy management from the macro and micro levels to realize the sustainable development of energy in China. Based on the research of building energy management at home and abroad, this paper investigates the building energy consumption and management of China Northwest Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Northwest Institute). Based on the existing building energy management theory, this paper analyzes the development status and energy consumption characteristics of energy management in Northwest China Institute, and probes into the outstanding problems in building energy management of Northwest China Institute. Based on this, the design problems, energy consumption status and energy saving of typical energy consumption management system of Northwest Hospital are analyzed. According to the typical energy consumption system, the concrete scheme to solve the problem of energy saving is constructed, and the concrete measures and implementation scheme to break through the obstacles of energy management are put forward. Through the analysis of the historical data of building energy consumption in Northwest China Institute and the consideration of enterprises, the author puts forward the following points: 1. The development of the industry in the next few years. The energy consumption reference model of public buildings and the energy management and monitoring platform of public buildings in Northwest China Hospital are established. In view of the practical problems and solutions of building energy consumption in Northwest China Hospital, the building energy management system of Northwest Hospital is constructed and the implementation of the energy management system is preliminarily estimated. It can reduce the building energy consumption of the Northwest Hospital by about 30% on the original basis, at the same time, it will also reduce the environmental pollution to a certain extent, which is beneficial to the building energy saving goal of the Northwest Hospital. The article only from the theory, research, hypothesis and model to analyze the problem, solve the problem is not comprehensive, whether the energy management system can achieve the desired results. It is also necessary to combine the actual situation in the daily energy saving work, optimize the management process, improve the management efficiency, solve the management problems, so as to truly achieve the actual goal of management.
