地基不均匀沉降分析与加固改造措施

【摘要】:济南某食品饮料车间为轻钢单层厂房,因独立基础下设置的3:7灰土垫层未夯密实差异沉降较大,主体完工后因地面浸水造成柱基不均匀下沉,根据该厂房不均匀下沉的特点,采用顶升钢柱方案,成功解决了因3:7灰土垫层不均匀下沉对上部结构造成的不利影响,既节省加固造价,又不影响该厂房的正常使用。
[Abstract]:A food and beverage workshop in Jinan is a light steel monolayer workshop. Due to the 3: 7 lime-soil cushion set up on an independent basis, the uncompacted differential settlement is larger. After the main body is finished, the column foundation sinks unevenly because of the soaking of the ground. According to the characteristics of uneven subsidence of the powerhouse, the scheme of lifting steel column is adopted, which successfully solves the adverse effect on the superstructure caused by the uneven subsidence of 3: 7 lime and soil cushion, which saves the strengthening cost. It does not affect the normal use of the plant.
