新型全装配型钢混凝土住宅结构体系可行性研究

【摘要】:住宅形式的多样性,关系千家万户。在多、高层住宅领域中,新型住宅结构体系的推广,将成为未来国内研发的热点。 本文属于住宅方面的应用性课题,是雷宏刚教授指导下的2001年建设部立项科技攻关项目“轻型结构多层住宅建筑体系的研发”的一个子课题。本文针对小高层住宅,剖析钢结构住宅体系优缺点,并结合实际地产商的要求,提出了一种新型全装配型钢混凝土组合结构住宅体系。主要研究内容如下: 1、全面研究了H型钢混凝土的力学性能和结构体系,通过与混凝土结构、全钢结构的比较分析,融合它们各自的优点,提出一种新型的全装型钢混凝土住宅结构体系。 2、通过构件、节点的优化,形成了H型钢混凝土住宅结构体系的标准化构件节点,实现了全装配的构想。 3、对标准化构件和标准化节点的计算理论进行了研究,分析了型钢混凝土框架的优化设计原理,为全装配型钢混凝土住宅结构体系做了初步的研究和探讨。 4、本文以小高层(12层)住宅为研究对象,借助SATWE、MTS等多种分析手段,对型钢混凝土结构体系进行了系统的理论研究,重点为体系的优化和全装配的实现提供依据。 本文研究的新型全装配H型钢混凝土住宅结构体系丰富了住宅建筑的结构体系及优化计算理论,而且针对本工程得出上部结构中相应的用钢量:混凝土结构用钢量约为35.9Kg/m2;全钢结构用钢量约为44.1kg/m2;相同条件下的型钢混凝土框架用钢量约为38.6kg/m2。与此同时,对类似工程的设计提供参考。这也推动该体系对钢结构住宅小高层建筑的应用,这符合现阶段我国城镇化步伐,体现出优越推广价值和广阔的发展前景。
[Abstract]:The diversity of the form of housing is related to thousands of families. In the field of high housing, the promotion of a new type of residential structure will become a hot spot in the future of domestic R & D.
This paper is the application of the housing project, is under the guidance of Professor Lei Honggang in 2001, the Ministry of construction project project light structure of multi-storey residential building system research "project. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of small high-rise residential steel structure residential system, combined with the actual real estate requirements, puts forward a new the whole assembly of steel reinforced concrete composite structure residential system. The main contents are as follows:
1, a comprehensive study of the mechanical properties and structural system of H steel reinforced concrete is carried out. By comparing and analyzing the concrete structure and the whole steel structure, and integrating their respective advantages, a new type of fully loaded steel reinforced concrete residential structure system is put forward.
2, through the optimization of the components and nodes, the standardized component nodes of the H type steel concrete housing structure system have been formed, and the conception of the whole assembly is realized.
3, we studied the calculation theory of standardized components and standardized nodes, analyzed the optimization design principle of steel reinforced concrete frame, and made preliminary research and discussion for the fully assembled steel reinforced concrete residential structure system.
4, taking small high-rise (12 story) housing as the research object, with the help of SATWE, MTS and many other analytical methods, a systematic theoretical study is carried out for the steel reinforced concrete structure system, which lays the foundation for the optimization of the system and the realization of the full assembly.
This paper studies a new full assembly of H type steel reinforced concrete residential structure system enriches the structure system of residential building and optimization theory, and according to the project found that the amount of steel corresponding superstructure: concrete structure with steel quantity is about 35.9Kg/m2; the whole steel structure steel consumption is about 44.1kg/m2; steel reinforced concrete frame in the same condition the amount of steel is about 38.6kg/m2. at the same time, to provide reference for similar engineering design. It also promote the application of the system of steel structure residential high-rise building, which is consistent with the pace of the present stage our country towns, reflects the superior promotion value and broad development prospects.
