轻质蒸压砂加气混凝土墙板的设计与研究

【摘要】:轻质蒸压砂加气混凝土产品是一种轻质、高强、节能、环保的新型墙材,是中国建筑节能和墙体材料改革的中坚力量,在我国已有近50年的历史,而砂加气混凝土墙板在陕西省却尚未应用。我国经济一直处于高速发展状态,城市纷纷扩大规模,建设活动频繁,西安市的建设目标是成为国际化大都市,住房建设规模逐年增加。加气混凝土砌块及板材成为现代高层建筑的主要墙体材料,市场对该产品的需求将逐年递增。目前陕西省尚无企业生产砂加气混凝土砌块和板材,为了建筑工业化推广应用轻质蒸压砂加气混凝土产品,,需要对其性能及构配件进行研究,并向工程设计及施工技术人员提供理论依据及技术支撑。 本文对砂加气混凝土板材性能进行了研究,针对墙板外观尺寸设计、板缝处理和饰面做法进行了探讨和分析,结合实践经验和市场调研确定了一系列常用墙板尺寸规格和板缝处理方法及饰面做法;运用结构分析理论得出墙板承载力计算方法、外荷载计算方法、墙架计算方法,并计算得到墙板最大板长选用表及专用支承件和角钢、T型钢的截面尺寸,给墙板的安装和正常使用提供了可靠的参考数据;针对目前工程实践中采用的几种连接节点进行了理论研究,分析了其受力性能、破坏形态和影响节点承载力的因素,为编制轻质蒸压砂加气混凝土墙板标准图集提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:Lightweight autoclaved sand aerated concrete is a new type of wall material with light weight, high strength, energy saving and environmental protection. It is the backbone of building energy saving and wall material reform in China. It has a history of nearly 50 years in China. However, the sand aerated concrete wall slab has not been applied in Shaanxi Province. China's economy has been in a state of rapid development, cities have expanded scale, construction activities are frequent, Xi'an construction goal is to become an international metropolis. The scale of housing construction is increasing year by year. Aerated concrete blocks and plates have become the main wall materials of modern high-rise buildings. The market demand for this product will increase year by year. At present, there are no enterprises in Shaanxi Province to produce sand aerated concrete blocks and plates. In order to promote the industrial application of lightweight autoclaved sand aerated concrete products. It is necessary to study its performance and construction accessories, and to provide theoretical basis and technical support for engineering design and construction technicians. In this paper, the performance of sand aerated concrete plate is studied, and the design of exterior dimension of wall panel, the treatment of plate joint and the method of finishing are discussed and analyzed. Combined with practical experience and market research, a series of commonly used wallboard size specifications, plate seam treatment methods and finishing methods are determined. The bearing capacity calculation method, external load calculation method and wall frame calculation method are obtained by using structural analysis theory, and the cross-section size of the maximum plate length selection table, special supporting parts and angle steel section steel are calculated. Provides reliable reference data for the installation and normal use of wall panels; In this paper, several kinds of connection joints used in engineering practice are studied theoretically, and their mechanical properties, failure patterns and factors affecting the bearing capacity of joints are analyzed. It provides a theoretical basis for compiling the standard atlas of lightweight autoclaved sand aerated concrete wallboard.
