大型土建工程管理中成本控制增益均衡模型

【摘要】：提出大型土建工程管理中成本控制增益均衡模型,利用土建工程相关施工数据,对施工建设做成本预估,建立成本控制增益均衡模型,通过预估数据与实际成本误差进行增益均衡计算,使工程成本控制得到最小误差值的过程。仿真试验表明,这种增益均衡算法更能有效的提高土建工成本管理的效率,同时降低成本管理的误差,以最有效最合理的方法,对成本进行预算,有效的为土建工程的管理提供更好的保障。
[Abstract]:The cost control gain equalization model is put forward in the management of large scale civil engineering. Using the construction data related to civil engineering, the cost of construction construction is estimated, and the cost control gain equalization model is established. Through the calculation of gain equalization between the predicted data and the actual cost error, the process of minimum error value can be obtained from the engineering cost control. The simulation results show that the gain equalization algorithm can effectively improve the efficiency of civil engineering cost management. At the same time, reduce the error of cost management, with the most effective and reasonable method, budget the cost, effectively provide a better guarantee for the management of civil engineering.
