国棉一厂改造配套小学项目进度管理研究

【摘要】:我国建筑企业经常由于未能针对其开发建设的工程项目开展有效的项目管理,而致使无法及时发现项目建设中出现的一些问题,如发生项目进度不能如期完成、所需资源未能得到有效满足、资源配置不合理等等,这些问题的存在会直接影响到项目管理水平,进而造成我国建筑工程项目管理水平普遍较低。为改变这一现实,建筑施工企业或是开发企业要想成功实施建筑工程项目管理,特别建筑工程项目的进度管理,就必须制定切实可行的项目管理手段作为管理的制度保障。基于上述原因,本文的研究目的也随之产生,即目前我国建筑企业针对工程项目开展进度管理时必须要适应项目管理的规模化、国际化发展趋势,只有顺应项目管理发展的大趋势,才能确保项目进度管理更有针对性和有效性。项目进度管理的发展主要表现为:即由国内竞争转入全球化竞争、由一个企业竞争转向全球供应竞争、由规模竞争转入速度竞争。在这样的经济与竞争的全球化趋势要求下,企业必须提升自身的建筑工程项目进度管理的科学性、有效性。国棉一厂改造配套小学项目是由青岛城建集团有限公司承建的,项目建设地点位于青岛市四方区联城海岸锦城小区,主要负责改造配套小学教学楼、风雨操场、报告厅等等分项工程,该项目的建设用地面积约近三万平方米。该项目开展进度管理即要适应青岛建筑工程管理与房地产市场发展的需要,同时也要满足改造配套及政府的的相关要求。本文通过使用理论与实际结合法、定性分析与定量分析结合法及实例分析法对案例对象进行研究并最后形成如下结论:即国棉一厂改造配套小学项目的进度管理必须确保能够提升本身进度管理水平并使之与国际接轨,这就要求该项目必须从自身实际出发,采用与国际接轨的项目进度管理体系和模式,完善并优化自身的进度管理。笔者也希望本文的相关研究可以为其他类似项目进度管理的完善提供有效的借鉴和参考,促进的项目进度管理工作得以更规范、更科学地进行。
[Abstract]:Chinese construction enterprises often fail to carry out effective project management for the projects they develop and build, which results in the failure to find some problems in the project construction in time, such as the failure of the project progress to be completed on time. These problems will directly affect the level of project management and lead to the lower level of construction project management in our country. If the construction enterprise or the development enterprise wants to successfully implement the construction project management and the schedule management of the special construction project, it must establish the feasible project management means as the system guarantee of the management. The research purpose of this paper also comes into being, that is, at present, the construction enterprises in our country must adapt to the large-scale and internationalized development trend of project management, and only conform to the general trend of project management development. The development of project schedule management is mainly manifested as: from domestic competition to global competition, from one enterprise competition to global supply competition. From scale competition to speed competition. Under the requirement of globalization of economy and competition, enterprises must improve their own scientific management of construction project schedule. The project is built by Qingdao City Construction Group Co., Ltd. The project is located in the coastal Jincheng district of Sifang District, Qingdao City. It is mainly responsible for the renovation of the supporting primary school teaching building and playground. The construction area of the project is about 30,000 square meters. The progress management of the project is to meet the needs of Qingdao construction project management and the development of real estate market. At the same time, we should also meet the relevant requirements of the reform and the government. In this paper, by using the combination of theory and practice, The qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis combined with the case analysis method were used to study the case and the conclusion was drawn as follows: the schedule management of the primary school project for the transformation of the first National Cotton Plant must be ensured to enhance its own progress in water management. And bring it into line with the international community, This requires that the project must proceed from its own reality and adopt a project schedule management system and model that is in line with international standards. The author also hopes that the relevant research in this paper can provide effective reference and reference for the improvement of other similar project schedule management, and promote the project schedule management work to be more standardized and scientific.
