大底盘多裙房基础隔震高层建筑参数关系研究

【摘要】:针对大底盘多裙房结构体型复杂庞大、水平及竖向刚度分布不均匀、裙房主塔及隔震层参数间关系极大影响隔震体系性能及整体隔震效果问题,对主塔、裙楼层质量、层刚度及隔震层刚度等不同参数变化对整体隔震效果影响规律进行研究。结果表明,隔震层与主塔层刚度比N≤1/14、裙房楼层数与主塔层数比为1/3~1/1.5、群楼相对主塔的层刚度比为0.42~1.1、裙房相对主塔的层质量比P≥1.1时主塔减震效果较优;采用刚性楼板假定所得减震系数设计上部结构可能会夸大减震效果。大底盘须采用弹性楼板假定。该建议可为此类结构基础隔震设计提供参考。
