北方老年公寓互动空间设计和探究

【摘要】：自90年代末,我国就已经步入成为老年型国家,老年人口增长很快,老龄化问题越来越严重,有可能成为制约社会稳定和发展的主要原因。由于传统概念的变化,老年公寓的出现越来越受大家的认同,同时为老年人提供一个舒适的生活环境成为了首要问题。在设计老年公寓互动空间时,应该在老年人们的精神层次去寻求根源,不断的去加强老年公寓中的老年人与老年人之间的互动,老年人与环境的互动,环境与环境之间的互动。让老年公寓的互动空间更容易让老年人们所接受。更加的吸引老年人们到老年公寓的互动空间当中去,让老年人晚年生活更加富有意义。要想设计出便于让老年人接受的公寓,我们必须加强对老年公寓中的互动空间设计。经过对实地的考察,才感受到老年公寓中互动空间的现实状况,和不同老年人对不同互动空间的要求,拥有统一的概念和着重点。再经过对秦皇岛老年公寓的调查分析,通过对老年人的内心特征、活动范围以及老年人平常居住空间环境来进行研究。老年公寓的互动空间就是根据老年人们自身独有的特点去设计的,老年公寓的空间主要分为公寓的内部空间和外部空间。内部空间根据空间的作用不同分为公共空间,居住空间。外部空间主要分为庭院空间和老年公寓外的空间。通过空间的设计去影响老年人们的互动行为的发生。为了使老年人心理保持一种平衡的状态和拥有一个健康的心理,老年公寓的互动空间设计就显得尤为重要,并互动空间的设计概念运用到老年公寓中去,为老年公寓的互动空间计提供新思路的设计和研究方法。未来老年公寓环境设计的新方向就是不断去探求老年人们的互动行为。并通过这一理论的提出扩散到整个空间领域,使得老年公寓的设计在理论和实践上得到更完善的补充。

When designing interactive spaces for apartments for the elderly, we should look for the root causes at the spiritual level of the elderly. In the future, the new direction of the environment design of the apartment for the elderly is to constantly explore the interactive behavior of the elderly, and through this theory spread to the entire space field.
